More than a week has passed and the preparation for the Coronation Day was finally completed. It might only be the formalities as even without being hailed as the Queen, Kira still has the Larton Kingdom on top of her palms but it still needs to be grand

Cairo boarded the carriage along with Del. As usual, Cairo is focused on learning and took a book from his spatial ring to read while they are still traveling

Del can only smile bitterly at his master. This kid always seizes all the chance he can to study and cultivate. It was like that is the only thing in Cairo's mind

After some time, they arrived at a tower that is not that high. Just enough for the people to see what is happening on top of that tower

The now Queen Kira, walks to the edge of the tower and stared at her citizens below to give her speech which Cairo labeled as 'boring'

"Now, I want you all to know several changes I will implement that I believe will benefit the Larton Kingdom" Kira said after her formal speech of just saying 'thank yous', and 'how big the honor it is for her that she becomes the Queen'

"The Royal Family will build a new Academy, everyone can become its student as long as they showed enough talent"

Other Kingdoms have their own academies to foster mages but the Larton Kingdom is different. All those that are deemed as geniuses will be directly recruited by the Royal Family. They will be given ample resources but it also means that they are on top of the King's palm

The mages' every move will be monitored and they can only pledge their loyalty to the King. This will ensure that no Noble can threaten the King's position by having a lot of powerful mages under them

This was one of the things that made people hate the late King. He wants a monopoly of power and the Nobles cannot do anything about it for the same reason that they can only let Kira do what she wants
