After days of Brain-storming, I come up with 3 things that I must do to grow my money:

1. Investment

2. Real Estate

3. Savings

Yet there is one obstacle I cannot overcome for the time being: my age. Because I'm still a minor, I have some legal limitations. I had intended to recruit a representative, and I already have someone in mind. But it's still strange to work for a 14-year-old, isn't it? Even more so he's a Certified Public Accountant. I'll just reach out to him probably next year.

I'll just do what I am able to do. Speaking of investment, my Financial Market Professor always talk about FOREX, Wallstreet, New York Stock Exchange and many more. The exchange rate of dollar will increase in a few years, and foreign stock exchange is faring well now. Even though that may be the case, I need to be extra careful since this will be my first investment, any mistakes will not be tolerated. Time travel did not levelled me up. 

Why am I making it so hard for myself, I immediately skip the Blue Chips here in the Philippine. Foolish me.

"Don't let your emotions cloud your judgement." I kept repeating it until I got a hold of myself.

There's just a lot of things going on, information all over the place. Because Im so excited it narrowed my vision. 

Understanding stocks is a headache but on the other hand it maximizes money. So investment in stocks is the second order of business.

Since the first one was already conducted. Last Summer, my parents already started a construction of a 2 storey apartment . This is the fruits of their labor after decades of hardwork, its memorable to me since my 15th birthday is together celebrated with the blessing of the apartment. Now fully funded, I suggested to make it a 3 storey building and also construct another one on the vacant lot across it. I trust what ever decision they make.

And about that 258 million, its not mine alone. I desperately beg my mother to gave me half of it, but dont get me wrong its not because Im a money-hungry and selfish person but I'll triple its amount.

She was scared at first, who would trust a 14 year old with no financial background to handle 129 million pesos. But no no no, this 14 year old was an Accountancy student. I believe I can do it. My mom let me promised to her to inform any money transactions that will occur, and I will do so. 

Back to the point, I should hire a financial analyst and a trusted stock broker. I shall slowly form a team, loyal and capable. 

I did some research before because I was interested in investing my meager 5,000 pesos. It's a little amount, but hey, it's still money. After days of learning the importance of a good broker, I did some stalking and digging that finally landed me on Ms. Johanna Azarcon from A & Z Securities, Inc. She has a solid background and impeccable communication skills. Ms. Johanna had her career breakthrough during the 2020 stock market crisis.

Now, how do we make a good impression?
