Twisted World: The Time Lord's Diary

It was just a regular day in the modern era before everything changed. Monsters that should only exist in myths came into existence one by one seemingly out of thin air. The terrain which was previously filled with man-made buildings became obsolete and replaced by ones made by nature. It was the beginning of a new era. One of the survival of the fittest. Humans previously at the top of the food chain are at the bottom now. In the midst of this chaos, one man stood at the side and simply observed. Join him on his journey as he explores this complex world. Winter's Plans

Inside Diamond City.

The aftermath of the battle between Spring-Autumn and citizens of Diamond City became a tragic event that would be remembered.

Outside the walls of Diamond City, there were now gravestones which represented the lives which were lost under the hands of Spring-Autumn.

Winter became more motivated than ever to become strong. His ambitions continued to burn and he now had another man to rely on. The mysterious man named Shadow.

Their plot against Spring-Autumn may have failed, but their cooperation has not.

The [Great Human Method] was thoroughly spread and became a household item. As time passed, the rate of those who awakened abilities grew less and less. And those who awakened their abilities later on no longer had strong unique abilities. But rather, they all seemed to possess similar abilities.

These abilities that many shared ranged from something like [Enhanced Strength] to [Fireball] and so. Compared to the first humans who awakened their abilities, their abilities were nothing to be proud of.

However, it was no problem with the help of the [Great Human Method]. It was something that came at the perfect timing from Shadow. Ability users and nonusers alike could use this technique to become stronger, giving humanity a foothold against these monsters.

Inside Winter's office.

Four people were sitting in front of Winter.

Winter sat behind his desk that screamed business, while the four were sitting on a couch that was to the side of his desk.

From left to right, they were:

Rosane. They had curly red hair and a pair of red eyes. Her face was pretty, having been a model before the great change apocalypse. She wore a black dress which showed off her back and thighs, as well as her curvy body. She was one of Winter's closest subordinates, possessing the ability of telekinesis.

The next person was Brame. A muscular old man with grey hair and beard donned in a martial arts uniform. On top of being one of Winter's closest aides, he was also his martial arts instructor.

Next to him was Rocklet. A large, bald man who single-handedly raised a wall around Diamond City. He wore a robe similar to Brame and was steady as a rock.

The last person was Winter's newest aid, Shadow. He was a young man with an ordinary face with black hair and eyes. The only remarkable feature about him seemed to be his eyes, which were hardened and appeared to have experienced many difficulties. At first glance, one would never think of him as one of the strongest [Users] of the current time.

"Now that we have secured this city and restored as many things as we could, it's time to start looking ahead," Winter said.

His face was handsome and sharp. His hair was ash-brown in color, and his eyes were a piercing blue.

"A few things I want to say here. Now that all ability users have registered their names with us, I would like to announce the Adepts' Guild! Adepts will be the name of these ability users from now. The building for the Adepts' Guild has recently finished construction and it will soon be very easy to manage them.

As things stand right now, the way they are being managed is rather loose. All of them go down into the dungeon every day to clear it out, and it's a bit of an overkill.

I'll be allocating them to our next plan, [Expansion]!

My goal for this plan is to secure the cities that are the nearest to our Diamond City and transform them into safe cities like this one. In the long run, all the cities will be united and we will have a firm foothold in this world."

Winter finished telling his aides about his grand plan.

Rosane was the first to stand up. She lowered her head slightly and said. "When I first agreed to follow you, I said that I would support you no matter what and this is no different. You have my full support!"

Following Rosane's words, Rocklet and Brame stood up, "It's the same for us. You have our full support."

The last person was Shadow. "I admire your courage and will to make this world a better place. You have my full support!"

"You guys…" Winter's eyes widened at their words. "Together, we will restore order to this world!"

Meanwhile, inside the Primo family mansion.

Sunglow, the head of the Primo family and the father of Winter and Spring-Autumn sat inside the courtyard.

He was enjoying the day while sipping on his tea. A breeze came by and a leaf fell near his hand. He looked over to the leaf to see his own reflection within his cup of tea.

Despite having wrinkles all over from old age, one could see traces of his younger years on his face. His hair was grey in color, and his eyes were blue.

He took the leaf into his hand, then smiled mysteriously before standing up from his comfortable chair. His back was perfectly straight as he placed his hands behind his back. When he opened up his palm, the leaf had already disintegrated into dust…

Cana City. Inside a secret place.

A man in a white lab coat was looking at a screen. His hair and eyes were green, and he wore a pair of round glasses.

"So the man who can control time is finally visiting…" Sirius chuckled.

On the screen he was looking at, was the footage of when Spring-Autumn transformed into his future self, showing his absolute power.
