The setting sun painted the horizon orange gold that stretched far and wide. It was a sight to behold as if God itself worked on it.
Madara lay on the sand beach of the Island, gazing at the scenery. It's completely different from the world of Naruto.
'I can't believe I did that. Is it because I am in a different world or I failed in my pursuit to bring true peace?' Madara contemplated.
He drank wine and feasted on the ship of Red Hair pirates as he was starving. Considering their grace, he didn't make a move on them. As they say, 'You shall not slap a person in the face when he is smiling at you.'
After a few hours, Red-hair pirates dropped him on the island and left in a hurry after a Den Den Mushi call. Madara didn't pry into their business.
Fortunately, the Island is inhabited. After asking around, he learned the name of the island is Kyo and it's a popular trade route among merchants and pirates.
After seeing a lot of people, Madara settled, planning his next course of action.
He could feel something had changed in him. What to say? He felt unburdened. Starring at the setting sun, Madara reminisced about his youth; His little brother, his fights with Hashirama, and his pursuit to bring true peace.
'Infinite Tsukuyomi!' Madara chuckled, his eyes flashed with a tinge of regret and loss. It soon went away.
Dusting the sand from his armor, Madara rose to his feet. His eyes once again went back to his usual calm, determined, and cold self.
'Let's enjoy this world!'
At that moment, a young pirate exclaimed loudly. "Hey...is that World Government ship? Boss, why don't we rob them?"
The ignorant pirate's words attracted attention. Only then everyone spotted a ship, some distance away from the island, bearing the World Government logo.
A man wearing Captain's hat kicked the young pirate in the butt and berated him, looking around. "Shh! Idiot, if you have a death wish, go and die alone. Don't drag others with you!"
The young pirate drooped his head. "Captain, did I say something wrong?"
"Stop talking! Be silent!"
"Yes"
Hearing the conversation, Madara's eyes brightened. 'World Government? Aren't they the rulers of the world? Let's start from them!'
Since Blaize needs a distraction, he will do it big and get entertained in the process.

World Government ship,
A world government agent dressed in a suit noticed a man wearing red armor and long black hair approaching the ship. He sensed the stranger's body exuded strong killing intent and dangerous breath.
'He's ridiculously strong.' The agent made a rational judgment. His body went high alert as he screamed. "Enemy!!!"
In no time, hundred-some agents crowded the ship's deck, pointing their firearms at Madara. Leading them was a tall man, wearing a mask. A CP-0 agent!!
Seeing Madara, The CP-0 agent directly attacked with the intent to kill. Anyone approaching the ship after noticing the World Government symbol is an enemy to be killed on sight.
'Soru!' The CP agent disappeared and appeared before Madara in the blink of an eye and pointed his finger forward before rapidly firing several bullets made of compressed air.
Facing such a high-speed attack, Madara chuckled. 'Boring!'
A blue skeletal hand materialized around Madara's right hand and swatted the air bullets before grasping the agent in its hand. The CP-0 agent struggled with all his might but he was like an insect pinched between fingers, helpless.
Madara's sight fell on the World Government ship. His eyes turned cold as he made seals in one hand before breathing out a sea of fire. 'Fire Style: Great Fire Annihilation' The flames roared on and annihilated everything in its path.
Facing such an overwhelming attack, the World Government agents were helpless. 'Ahhh!' Sounds of screams echoed for a second before everything went silent.
The flames burned the ship and everyone on it to ashes, in seconds! Nothing remained. The high temperature of the flames vaporized seawater, forming a mist that blanketed the area.
The residents of Kyo Island were alarmed and terrified. Some crazy fellow attacked the World Government ship, and as people who witnessed the incident they are going to be implicated.
"Fuck...we are finished. Let's get the hell out of here!"
"If Marines or other World Government people come, we will be captured and tortured." The pirates and merchants of the island began to evacuate.
Witnessing the annihilation of his unit, the CP-0 agent showed no emotions. There's no trace of fear or panic in his eyes.
"Commendable will!" Madara praised.
"You made a big mistake, offending the World Government. You will be hunted. Even if you run to the end of four seas, you can't escape."
Madara's raised his eyebrows in amusement. "I don't think there's someone strong enough to make me run, even Gods are no exception!"
Wasting no more words, Madara used his Human path ability. By placing his hand on the agent's head, he yanked the soul out of the body.
To his surprise, he was met with resistance but with enough force, he pulled the soul out. He mused, 'Interesting! There's resistance. Is it the power of Haki or just strong will? It seems the people in the world are not simple.'
With the human path power, he skimmed through the memories of the soul. He learned everything about One Piece world, along with the knowledge to use Haki.
"Hahaha...what a wonderful world. It seems like I won't be bored!" Madara laughed in a maniacal manner brimming with excitement.
From the agent's memories, he learned about Blaize. Strongest Marine! Strongest Man in the World! His titles surprised him. Though he sensed Blaize was strong from his aura, he didn't expect him to be this strong.
'Let's go to Marineford. That place seems to be near and has strong people.'
--
Marineford,
Somehow Madara's detailed information reached the World Government and they passed it to Marines. The World Government wanted them to bring this man down. Sengoku could tell they didn't care about this person from their tone.
"What is happening in this world?" Sengoku sighed.
Garp sitting opposite him looked at Madara's face and commented. "This man looks dangerous!"
Not taking Garp's word seriously, Sengoku spoke. "It's true Blaize's reputation helps Marine but it's not good for him. They warned me to keep him out of the public eye."
"They are afraid of his prestige among the Marines. After all, that brat now holds the title, 'Strongest Man in the World'." Garp guffawed.
"True!" Sengoku chuckled.
"Sengoku, I think Blaize can accomplish that we don't even dare to think..." Garp couldn't finish the sentence.
"Garp!!" Sengoku roared, slamming the table.
"Alright...Alright!" Garp shrugged.
