Chapter 18

'It was very dark outside. So dark I could barely see a thing. There was a young girl hiding behind a tree. Wait that was me. Some men were after me. I don't know what I did to them. One suddenly raises his sword up, I wanted to stop him but I couldn't move.

A girl in a red cape and black heels, shorts and shirt grabbed the man by his neck. I closed my eyes, it was too horrifying to watch. I could hear some screams and bones breaking. When the noise stoped,I slowly opened my eyes and saw the girl infront of me. She has a mask on so I could only see her red eyes'

Donald just came out of the bathroom dressed in normal house clothes but water was still dripping from his hair. Looking at the girl on the bed, he moved over to her.

"You know," he started while examining her body "if not for your bad way of addressing people, you'd make a beautiful girlfriend. I feel like I've met you somewhere" she slowly opened her eyes and he moves back in fear "Are you a ghost? You're so creepy"

Ivy looked around the room and when she didn't recognize it she quickly sat up" Where am I? And how..." she felt a very sharp pain in her head "Memory loss plus headache, not a good combination" she said rubbing her head "You're suffering from memory loss?" Donald said and she jolted in fear. "What are you doing here? And how did I get here? Where are the others? What_" " Do you know what I do to ladies who talk too much? One kiss would make them shut up" " You're threatening me with a kiss? I'm not scared of kisses. Do I look like a kid?" Ivy said getting off the bed.

"You're not scared huh. Well you should be. What would you like for breakfast? I'll drop you later after you've eaten" Donald said while removing her things from the bedside cupboard. "Where are we?" Ivy asked collecting her things. "At my Dad's. Don't worry he's not at home" "Dude I barely know you and you brought me to your house?!"

"Hey relax. You were drunk and I helped you. The least you could do is say Thankyou. And also, you've got a weird tatoe for a lady or human. Tell me, what are you?" he asked her but she didn't answer. "Anyways, nevermind. Come have breakfast. Don't forget you have to get going to the royal district. I'll ask someone to come and attend to you" Donald told her then opens the door and leaves.

Meanwhile at the royal district, preparations were going on for the arrival of the new students who transferred from Bluebell's university. They were also preparing for the celebration for George and the others for their successes and sacrifices. Alfred, Albert's elder brother, was in charge of the preparation. Together with his best friend Laurence and Sarah's elder sister, Lydia. Although they just finished their mentor program and are now official mentors, they just enjoy such little jobs.

"Do you need help with anything?" Albert asked his brother, Alfred. "No I'm good thanks. Just go and prepare for the party. And...you all have to battle against the transfer students." Alfred said while ticking the already done work on his check list. "Don't worry I'll go easy on them. I'll leave you now" Albert said and leaves. On his way, a girl bumped into him and fell. "Ouch" "Are you ok?" he helped her stand "Yeah I'm... Albert?"

"Hey Nora. You're here early. Where's Gina?"

"She's on her way"

"Are you looking for someone?"

"Not really. I was trying to contact Ivy"

Back at Donald's father's mansion, Ivy was about to go out when a little girl barged into Donald's room. "Who are you? Did my brother kidnap you?" Gabbie asked her "No he didn't. Are you his sister?" Ivy said

"Unfortunately, yes. Wait...are you his girlfriend? Because there's no way my brother can resist such beauty"

"Unfortunately, no"

"Would you like to be?"

"Nope" Ivy answered and checked the time "I have to get going now. What's your name?"

"It's Gabriella. You can call me Gabbie. What's yours?"

"I'm Ivy. But when we're alone I would like you to call me Gina. Can we hangout sometime?"

"Sure, sister-in-law" Gabbie said teasingly and runs away. Downstairs, George and Donald were already having breakfast when Gabbie ran down and started staring at her brother with a smile. "What?" Donald asked when he saw her.

"I saw your girlfriend" she said and George and Donald both spat the tea they had in their mouths."Here she comes" Gabbie said and Ivy came "Good morning_" Ivy said but was interupted by her phone. She excused herself and moved aside to answer. "Hello?"

"Gina where are you?"

"I'm at the lady man's place. Because of your stupid advice, I got drunk" Ivy complains

"At Donald's. If his father meets you there, prepare to reveal who you are. He has a strong sense of smell and good memory. He's the only one who might recognize you"

"They said he's not at home. And if he succeeds in recognizing me, then no problem. I was going to tell George anyway. I have to get going. Talk to you later" Ivy said and drops then went back to the dinning room and meets a man of about fifty or so.

"Ow, Ivy this is my father" Gabbie told her. The old man looked at her for a while then speaks "Ivy. You're welcome. I hope they didn't force you to come" Mr Rodriguez said

"No they didn't" Ivy answered looking for an excuse in her head to leave. "You remind me of someone. Well, I'll be upstairs" he said and leaves

"I have to get going. We'll talk later"

"Won't you at least have breakfast before going?" Gabbie asked

"No thanks, I have things to do. Lady man thanks for your help. Bye Gabbie, bye George." she said and immediately rushed out

I and Nora were invited to a meeting on behalf of the transferred students. I was the only in the meeting room waiting for the others. So I decided to try composing a song. It's my specialty.

I moved from every corner of the meeting room thinking of what to write about. I put on my head phone since I don't like being distracted. George soon walked in and I didn't notice his presence.

"Ivy?" he called me but I didn't hear so went to his sit still looking at me.

Not so long Donald and some two boys entered but I still didn't notice.

"One advantage of being a mega" I said looking satisfied with my work. When I lifted my head up, almost everyone was there including Albert and the lady man. I quietly moved to my sit trying not to think about if they heard me or not.

"Is that one about me?" Albert asked and tried pulling my book. "Cut it out Albert"
