I smile with her (chapter 2)

I live in a old house and there's no power or water so I'm a bit embarrassed but who cares. In are town you are allowed to own a house at my age the government doesn't even care so that why I haven't got in trouble. I open the door and I see her with that smile and I actually smile back. "looks like your feeling better" she says with soft voice "I guess.. well this is the best I've felt in years. " really " she says says with a surprised look. "yeah" I say "so we're do you wanna start the project" Marie says with a smile. "I guess my bedroom" I say "oh would your parents... " we stair her smile turn upside down "oh" she says slowly and with gloom "I'm so sorry". " its.... umm... fine I guess how did... you umm... know" I spit out slowly. "I knew immediately by your face" she frowns walks forward it's silent and awkward then she puts her arms around my neck and hugs me. The feeling is warm and full of concern It feels amazing she looks me in the eyes and we stair her face turns pink and she turns away. "well... umm... let's start on that project" she says with embarrassment ." umm...ok" we walk to my room and it's not to dirty thankfully "so do you live by your self then" Marie says "yeah I uh do". " Marie you don't have to be here I know it's dirty and hot and has no power"I say knowing she's probably going to leave "I don't care about that stuff were doing a project together and your nice and sweet and well I never mind" she says "your just nice overall that's it". " ok well don't complain about how it's hot" I do a weird laugh my laugh is weird because I never laugh. she smiles and gets the papers out we start working on it. it's been a few hours and it's dark out now "oh it's 9:00 already I have to go"she says with a genuine frown " WAIT don't go umm.. well you never mind sorry". "you must be lonely huh here alone" Marie frowns and starts to cried "IM SO SORRY YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS YOU MUST..." she cuts off because of how hard she's crying. Without thinking I scoot her into my chest and I hug her and Comfort her "it's ok I've learned to except it" . I look over and she smiles "let's do this again some time" she wipes her eyes waves goodbye and walks out the door. I feel so warm for once I lay in bed smiling my eyes slowly close and I fall asleep with a big smile on my face.
