Chen Xue'er was woken up by Cao Shu Yu the next morning. "Xue'er, wake up..."

Chen Xue'er had fallen into a deep sleep. She had totally forgot to wake up! 

"Shu Yu, did Dong Hai returned yesterday?" Chen Xue'er sat down in her bed and grabbed her maid's arms with a bit of more strength than needed.

Cao Shu Yu shook her head, "No, he didn't return. After I finished what you ordered, I went looking for you. A maid told me your orders, and since I knocked on the door and no one answered, I supposed you were still asleep."

"Oh... thank you..." Chen Xue'er let go of Cao Shu Yu. Her face clearly disappointed that Li Dong Hai never returned home. 

"Xue'er, are you sad that Prince Li is not returning to the manor?"
