Urgent quests

'What do you mean it's starting?' I ask.

'The infection. It's spreading much quicker than normal.' The god says. 'This is not good at all you aren't strong enough to stop anything that gets through.'

"Quincy!" Hanna yells slapping my arm. "Do you feel okay?" She asks.

"Yeah I'm great." I say trying to process what I heard.

'So pretty much we're screwed.'

'Unless you accept the offer you're about to get.'

[Urgent quests]

{If you fail to complete the quests within given time the user is subject to death.}

Quest 1: Kill spreaders [0/3]

{Time: 10:00:00}

Quest 2: Use affiliation abilities

{Do you accept?}

'Yes.'

"What's goin on?" Josh asks in the hall.

"I don't know." Hanna says. "He just stares into space sometimes."

'Tell them.' The god says.

'I thought you said don't tell anyone?' I ask

'I did but if you want them to survive you tell them. Don't make it a big deal so get them separated from everyone else.'

'Alright.'

"Hanna how do you get home?" I ask.

"What?" She says confused.

"How do you get home?" I ask again.

"I ride my bike. What are you going to do stalk me?"

"No I have to tell you, both of you something very important."

"Since when do you have something important to say?" Josh asks sarcastically.

"I'm being serious." I say. "But no one else can hear it so we'll walk the second route with Hanna and I'll tell you there."

"I have to be home in 30 minutes so make it quick." Hanna says walking out the door.

"You aren't one of the kids with severe bowel movements are you?" Josh asks laughing.

"NO JOSH! THIS ISN'T A FRICKEN JOKE!" I yell.

"It was just a joke." Josh says.

"This isn't a joke." I say turning into the woods.

"What's going on?" Hanna asks sitting on a fallen log.

"Yeah what 'isn't a fricken joke'." Josh says air quoting.

"I don't know how to explain it but this god or something appeared a couple days ago and told me that there's this new species of humans from a different like universe or something they're called something like Pretenrar's or something like that."

'They don't believe you. I'm taking over.' The god says. As soon as he finishes a bright light flashes and the god appears. "Hello there."

"WHAT THE!" Josh screams falling off his log. Hanna's eyes go wide and she starts standing up.

"Don't worry I won't either of you. I'm going to explain what Quincy failed to do which is no surprise."

"You know this.... This thing?" Hanna asks wide eyed and standing.

"Yes I know him minus his name don't know that, you'll be fine though, he's a jerk but he won't hurt you."

"O-okay." Hanna says nervously sitting back down.

"What's your name?" Josh asks.

"That I will not tell you."

"And why is that?"

"Because no one knows my name or I will be hunted and killed."

"Uh okay sure."

"Anyways like Quincy was saying a different race of humans called Pretenerary's are going to invade Earth killing anyone who wasn't infected with the virus."

"What virus is it causing the bowel movements?" Hanna asks.

"No, it causes no symptoms. And if you get infected by it then after 10 days you turn into a Pretenerary."

"Isn't that a good thing though? Considering how much stronger they are than us." Josh asks.

"You like having the ability to do whatever you want whenever you want to don't you?" The god asks.

"Yeah."

"Well if you turn into a Pretenerary it's controlled by a hive mind meaning you can't do anything you want or say anything you want."

"Well that's not good then." Josh says. "How do we know if we have the virus?"

"Chances are you haven't seen the creature spreading the virus so we're going to show you. On top of that you can finally use life after death." The god says looking at me.

"People are probably still there though." I say getting up.

"Well it's day seven which means like over 10,000 people have been infected in your country alone. And in three days they turn so it isn't that big of a deal."

"How many are infected worldwide?" I ask.

"Two billion."
