"So yeah that's what I had to deal with, that's my backstory, and innocent kid who turned to crime, not too different from every day" Yanagi says talking to the cop, "So basically you're telling me that you grew up with the villain 'All for one' and he let you get caught, and go to school" the cop says. "Yep that's my story whether you like it or not, I had to live like scum but I just want to be a child, also what time is it" Yanagi says, "It is 12:00 AM, also I will make you a deal, if you can find a family that will allow you to live with them even with your past, I will let you go free" the cop says. "I might have someone" Yanagi says as he is picking up his phone and calling someone.

*Over the phone* "Hello? Who is this, this is Izuku Midoriya, do you need my mother Inko?" Izuku says "this is Yanagi and yes I do need your mom" Yanagi says "Hey what's up haven't heard from you in a while why do you need Inko" Izuku says "I need her help" Yanagi says. Izuku gets Inko on the phone, "Yes hello this is Inko Midoriya how may I help you?" She says, "ummm so this Yanagi Toko, I am your friends son and I need you to listen to me real quick, I need a person who will accept me for my past and still be my parent and I was hoping you could adopt me, It won't cost you a dime" Yanagi says, "Sure but what did you do?" She asks "*Yanagi explains his past* So will you still help?" Yanagi asks "Yes I will" Inko says.
