Special porridge
Michael's cold face lit up with a smile when he heard Gabby's answer. He turned and walked toward the exit. The boy turned his head for a moment then closed the door slowly.
Gabby pulled her head out of the thick blanket and looked around. Her room looked empty, the door was tightly closed, and no one other than her was in the room.
She was completely left alone...
With a sigh, Gabby stroked her empty stomach. She looked right and left, trying to find something she could eat. However, she saw that there was only a fruit basket on the next table.
It looked like she really was taken out of a trash can as a kid.
Gabby then took a deep breath, feeling as if her chest had been pricked by needles. She turned and saw from the window that a nurse was walking past her room outside.
"Please, help me!" Gabby shouted.
In fact, she didn't know why she was screaming for help either.
