Chapter 15: Getting it ready.

As I wake up early in the morning, I know it is time to start getting everything ready for a post world cup Manchester united.

It all started with us having another meeting about what the club need starting from players to personnel to facilities. Everything that can help Man United to compete for trophies this season and lay a foundation for us to compete at the top for the foreseeable future.

"Good morning everyone, I don't want any estrangement between us", I begin.

"Let's have it in mind that we would be working together for the foreseeable future so as not to impede one another I will prefer we talk like partners, like friends and work hand in hand to make this club great again".

"First in agenda is the training facilities we need I hope after my team get a company to help us install and purchase the equipments, the coaching staffs should work hand in hand with them and get all what we need in the fastest time possible and try to be ready before the world cup ends". I explain.

"Yes sir", Ten hag answers.

"Well that's what I was talking about just now, I would prefer if you call me Isaac".

"Alright no problems, I will do that Isaac. he replied".

"Well, Eric is the player lists available especially those not in the world cup currently, let's try to get this deals done and we should be ready to rumble, my requirements for this season is top 4 in the premier league and a trophy, any fucking trophy".

"Alright Isaac, I don't think there is any problem with meeting those targets if we get the support you promised us and I've maid the list. I think with us planning on terminating Cristiano's contract we need a striker, a right back and a center midfielder".

"I number them according to my preference. For the striker, (1) Victor Osimhen (2) Joao Felix (3) Dusan Vlahovic (4) Cody Gakpo

For the center midfielder (1) Frenkie de jong (2) Sergej Milinkovic Savic (3) Jude Bellingham (4) Enzo Fernandez

And for the right back we want (1) Jeremie frimpong (2) Malo Gusto (3) Max Aarons". he listed.

"This players are good and seems like players that will make instant at the club. Well I'm not teaching you your job but what about Harry Kane seems to me like a player that can score create and pass. A striker that can play football like you do say, but if you don't want him no problems". I try to advise.

"Oh, he totally skipped my mind, but more because I felt we can't get a player from a rival club during the season so I just did not add him, but you feel we can get him no problem, even it will be great. but let's not chase him through out the winter window and fail to sign a striker".

"Don't worry about that we would get you all you need, so just stay at home and listen to the good news".

"Okay no problem, I will wait to listen to your good news, on our recruitment plan for the summer, I will like for the scouting teams replanning you said to be completed as soon as possible so we can start planning on time".

"No problem about that, we should be able to complete that before February ends".

"Ok no problem, good luck".

"Good luck to you too, since you seem to need it more". I reply.

"You can hear them fellas, for Harry Kane let's go slow, try to see Tottenham Hotspur stand on the transaction while asking the people close to Harry Kane to see his stand on a possible transfer during this window, if it is possible, then I'll step in to convince him our ambition matches his". I inform John murtough.

"On frimpong and Frenkie or Milinkovic savic let's try to complete their deal as soon as possible. you can go after another striker as well so we won't have all our eggs in the same bracket, you are the professional you don't need me to teach you your job, just do it well and fast". I demand.

"No problem Isaac", leave the transfers to us.

"Richard Arnold, I heard our main sponsors TeamViewer are regretting their contract with us?" I ask

"Yes, they seem to be matter of fact they have insinuated that they won't mind if the contract is peacefully terminated between us". he explained.

"Well do that, our company wants to be known, just sign a new five years contract worth £100 million and increases by twenty percent every year with us".

"Okay, that makes my job so much easier, I think I will enjoy the current Man United. he said and stands up to leave".

"Start the agenda, gets us linked with players good in every position we need a player at. we need to attract attention while keeping eyes away from our main plans"

"Okay sir", we are ready to rumble.

"Great I think I can rest for now".
