Chapter 12: Owning Manchester United.

I woke up as early as 3:00am and was unable to fall asleep again. I kept asking myself if this was really true I now have the power to form Man United anyhow I want. That's just sublime its like having your greatest dream handed over to you on a silver platter, I do believe it's normal for me to doubt.

Since I was unable to sleep, I decided to check how our P.R.O team has been handling the Ronaldo case and laying down an avenue for us announcing our ownership without causing attracting negative reactions from the fans.

After browsing the internet for about three hours I realized that while us taking over is not the best result for the Man United fans living in England, anyone is better than the Glazers family.

Okay that is not too bad, we were able to use the leaks to reduce the damages about to be caused by Cristiano Ronaldo's interview and bring the fans interest to the press conference at 2:00pm where we will be announcing the take over of the club.

Around 5:30, I got up from bed to bath and reminded my management team to come to my hotel room by 6:00am for us to debrief on what to discuss with the boards and fans before our meeting with them.

Around 5:45 they started arriving one by one and we start talking about the club. I started by discussing the decision to be taken on Ronaldo's matter and asked for their opinion.

"That's a very good plan sir, we would not only be able to declare our seriousness that way we won't accidentally offend anybody that loves him while making it obvious that our club is one big family".

"Yeah, that was the plan behind the decision, and to make ourself look further decisive, I decided to sack some member of the board in our first meeting, so help me look at its feasibility". I demand.

"Well why there won't be much problem I will rather we work with them a bit more before deciding who is not capable of doing their part in taking Man United forward". Razaq advice.

"Okay that's true some might be conservative yet are still good at what they do don't let me because of rumors sack them let me give them chance to show their capabilities".

"Enough about that are we ready to face the boards and the managements?" I ask.

"Yes sir, we have all that is required", they chorus.

Okay let's go meet them after having breakfast.

At a conference table at Carrington, about 15 people sits down while discussing the future of the club.

"Good morning everyone, My name is Isaac Al Meena the new owner of Manchester United, and u call this meeting to know more about the people at the helm of the club as well as knowing your plan going forward while we try to make ours known as well".

"But before that, let's tackle two things first, the first being I hope me purchasing this club did not make you lose interest in working here. If it did you can leave here and submit your resignation letter later, I promise no offense will be taken because only people who want to stay here would be allowed to say as long as he does his job well".

"After getting affirmation that everybody here is with us for the foreseeable future, I then ask what is your opinion on what Cristiano Ronaldo said in the Media, is there any plan to resolve the matter?" I ask

"No sir, absolutely not, I do not want him in my team again, allowing him back will only result in those other players feeling I can be disrespected. Eric Ten hag says.

Okay no problem, you have nothing to worry about we would terminate his contract, the way football is now the head coach and his coaching team are the most important part of any successful team, they need to get the most support from the club and you guys don't have to worry, we would give you any support you might need.

No problem now unto the meeting, for us to make a statement we would need to make signing(s) in January, ten hag please make a list.

Okay no problem, I will do that, I need only two players in the team by January, oh no three with a striker.

And I do believe our scouting department needs tuning up and more workers, if there are no targets before just stare at scouts at Benfica, Ajax, Monaco, and those clubs like that.
