Chapter 11: Dream completed, Chasing Goals.

As I was happy about the purchase of man United, and looking to see if News about the purchase has leaked especially checking for the pervasive sun, News came to me of an explosive interview by a player with enough pedigree in world football.

"Hello sir, can you see the news as well, things are very bad". what should we do? Aisha asks.

"Erm let me think, first let it leak that some investor Arab money has bought the club in full". "That should calm them down a bit". I explain.

"Okay sir I will contact some newspaper we are in contact with to release the news, but I doubt that will be enough". she says.

"Don't worry, just do that, I will think of other things". I try to calm her down.

"Hello Avram Glazers, can you do me a favour and conduct an interview saying after investigations you realized you are not in the best position to take the club forward and so decided to sell it to someone that loves the club and has enough capabilities move it forward, I ask of him. Well don't worry, in return we can provide interest free loan for you or any other help you need, we would owe you a favor".

"Is that from you or the company behind you". He asks.

Fucking business man, I say under my breath. "Yeah it's from our parent company". I reply.

"Okay no problem, just don't forget". He says

"We won't, Thank you, I really appreciate it." And I end the call.

I get my phone and dial Aisha, "Please get the lawyers team ready, I want to talk with them, this should be enough as a breach of contact".

"I want to take legal actions. Maybe he would contribute more to the clubs popularity that way".

"Hello sir, do you want to hear the best line of action to be taken or do you already have a plan in mind?" Mr. John our head lawyer asks me.

"Well I am already cooking up a plan but let's listen to yours". I say

"Well the best thing is to announce a fine immediately, then after announce your plans for the club while starting progress asap., then terminating his contract with the club, here you announce that you plan on creating a club that belongs right at the top and it would be for the best if everybody at the club is of the same mind".

"So no sueing him to court?" I ask

"No don't do that even the termination of his contract, pay him his due and say you respect him for all he has done for the club but he is not part of your plan going forward. True some may make fun of you, but don't forget Man United has always been a sentimental club". he explains.

"Okay that's great, I will look through doing that", Thank you very much.

"You're welcome, that's just my job. Oh and when you make ur plan know to the board, you can take drastic actions on those that oppose it, so the fans can see your ambition". He advised.

"Alright let's get ready to rumble".

"Oh yeah I forgot, man United is now a debt free club right", I ask him

"Yes, they are". he replied

"So how much do we really date to spend before Financial Fair Play comes running at us".

"Well it is estimated at $366 million for transfer, as for Infastructure well all the ex loan amount, amounting to about $884 million". he replied after taking some time.

"Oh that should be enough for a start. Okay thank you call you later". I say.and hang up

"Hello Aisha, help me call a meeting of the man United board for 11:00am, they need to meet their new owners and know somethings have changed here".

"Okay sir", she replies. "Is that all".

"No, no, that's not all I would love to meet the really important people first at let's say 9:00am, the head coach, head analyst, head scout, the C.E.O, the C.O.O, the football director, the financial director, the youth director and if they mention anybody else who we need to meet first pls contact them. I need my own round table. No making mistakes while thinking its the best for the team". I expatiate.

"Okay sir, that's a good mindset to have". she said.

"Hey I hope that's not a snide remark", I accuse.

"Me making a snide remark to the best man United owner ever? no, not me". she reply.and then hang up.

Now it's time to catch the bull by its horn.
