The Prideful Wizard in MHA.

After meeting Voldemort at the end of his first year at Hogwarts, Harry Potter dies. But because he shouldn't have died so early, he was returned to the world of the living. . . Three hundred years later. Everything has changed quite a lot and now, instead of Wizards, about eighty percent of the population have special powers. And Harry had only one question: who started calling them Quirks? The first couple of chapters are information dumps about MHA, FMA, and HP worlds. The story will move at a slow pace because I don't want to jump into a canon that hasn't changed a bit. The main pairing is Harry Potter/Luna Lovegood. Also, he gets his magic back in later chapters, just bare with it. I do not own My Hero Academia, Harry Potter, Fullmetal Alchemist, or the cover art. But I own a cute cat, her name's Tosya.

Midoriya Izuku.

Again, I'm sorry for such rare updates. I know that many people enjoy reading stories with daily updates.

I'll try to update the story more often, but I can't promise anything.

-_-_-_-

-A couple of weeks before the Sports Festival-

Izuku looked at the crowd gathered in front of Class 1-A with tired eyes. He expected that after the Villain attack their class would get a place under the spotlight, but he thought that at least in U.A. he will have some peace of mind. Well, he was wrong, even if they're at Hero School, they're still surrounded by kids - Izuku chose to forget that he was a kid too.

"Whoa. . . What's going on?!" Uraraka was as surprised as he was.

"These, my darling, are walking headaches."

Uraraka's cheeks were flushed from her new nickname and Midoriya's hand on her shoulder.

So many people wanted to see them as if their class were a cage in a zoo. He heard the whispers and saw the fingers pointing at them, pointing at him. But in response, Izuku saw that to get out they would have to push through the crowd that occupied the entire corridor.

Bakugo muttered something about "scouting out for the competition" and walked towards the exit of the classroom. Well, or he tried because Izuku was already standing in front of the door and mentally counting how many bones he had to break to clear the passage - and for once the bones weren't his.

But first, he decided to use diplomacy.

"Can you get out of the way? I know you're all quite interested in looking at us like we're caged wild animals, but I'd rather you at least try to be discreet. Scouting works much better when you know what your opponent is capable of, so watching us while we're in the classroom won't help. But I swear to god if even one of you decide to become a creepy-ass stalker and follow our every move, I will personally put a bullet in your skull."

Ah, it wasn't diplomacy. . .

"Midoriya! Can you please not threaten people whose names we don't even know?! It's incredibly rude!"

A few outraged screams joined Iida's voice, but Izuku didn't care. His attempt at diplomacy had already failed, so he was preparing to use force to leave the U.A.

"It's true, we came to take a loom. Although I can only call that explosive poodle an animal."

A teen with too-perfect blond hair stepped out in front of the crowd. Midoriya wanted to call him Draco for some reason he couldn't fantom. For the same reason, he also thought that the blond has daddy issues.

"YOU WANNA FUCKING DIE?!"

Explosions and the smell of burnt caramel filled the room and Izuku sighed heavily, but before he could say anything, he was interrupted by the blonde's laughter.

"Ha! And this is class 1-A?! Those who are supposed to be the best in the whole school?! How did you even survive that attack?"

If earlier Izuku was annoyed, now he was a little pissed off. So he plastered the fakest smile on his face and started talking.

"Ah, what a story that was! At first, everything was fine and then suddenly - WHAM - our bus turned over! Fortunately, no one broke a neck and died, but that's the small stuff, right? While everyone created barricades to protect ourselves from enemies, I used a Support Item to call for reinforcements and what do you know?! My finger exploded!"

He raised his right hand and showed an ugly scar on his ring finger - Sirius said that due to the residual Magic, they would not be able to heal this.

"Fortunately, Black Sensei got the signal and was able to come to the rescue! It was an exciting battle, Black rained boiling water on the enemies, and we fired back with all we could! I'm sure that at least three bastards will never be able to move their legs again because of me!"

With every word he spoke, the faces of the people in the corridor turned paler and paler. But Izuku wasn't done yet.

"But against him was a big bad Villain who was so strong and fast that Black fell into our bus with a broken skull! Immediately after that, a smoke Villain who could create portals appeared and scattered us across the battlefield with the remaining villains! A few of us stayed on the bus, so they had to defend themselves on all fronts with just seven people! If All Might had not arrived in five minutes, and all the other teachers in ten, we would have died! Exciting, right?!"

He was greeted by a deathly silence, so while the stars shone for his luck, Izuku continued. He grabbed the blond's hand and started shaking it like he was the number one fan in the world who met his idol.

"Anyway, nice to meet you, but we've got to go! Hope to see your face at the festival so I can punch some holes in it!"

With this, he began to walk forward and the crowd parted before him like the sea before Moses, his classmates followed him.

Meanwhile, Monoma stared at his hand in shock, not understanding what had just happened. He could copy any Quirk as long as he has skin contact. But he got nothing from Midoriya.

'But I was sure that I copied it! What happened?!'

---

While waiting for the festival to begin, Sirius decided to check his messages. Until recently, few people wrote to him, only Kumono, Azumi, Eri, and sometimes Aizawa with Midnight. Luna simply Apparated to his side as she pleased.

But a couple of days ago, one Himiko Toga began to write to him - the girl woke up much later than anyone could have expected - Himiko was traumatized, to say the least, but she was getting better. Her messages were proof of that.

[Blackyyyyy! y can't i visit the sports festival?! thats cruel! (μ_μ)]

Sirius snorted, which caused a small whimper from Luna - the catgirl was trying to sleep, leave her alone people.

[Chyo has forbidden you to leave the hospital wing. I'm not going to argue with the nurse, I'm not suicidal.]

[but im fine! got 2 lgs 2 arms 1 head! y ppl are so mean gimme moonbean back, she was nice.]

[No can do, need my wife where she is.]

He couldn't help but laugh at the speed with which Himiko replied to his message.

[WAT?! youre geting married to a car?!]

[*CAT!??]

[Blacky?!]

[SIRIUS YOU MEANE ANSWER ME!]

Sirius just laughed softly, which finally woke Luna up. The cat girl's ears twitched and her tails squeezed Sirius's torso with more force than necessary.

"I dreamed of spring, and you brought summer." She muttered. "It was nice."

Their colleagues - yes their, did I mention that Nezu hired Luna to help Hound Dog with therapy sessions for students? - meanwhile, were counting the seconds until the start of the Festival. Mic almost vibrated in his seat from the excitement as Eraser wished he could be anywhere but here.

Seeing that their time had come, Hizashi pumped his fist into the air and stretched his neck before putting on his sound amplifier/neck guard.

"Alright! Let's get this ball rolling!"

The lock on the neck guard clicked and to Aizawa's annoyance, Hizashi began to speak - but Shota decided that his comments would not be lost and started muttering.

<Gather around, mass media!> "-fucking vultures-" <It's time once again to see the high schoolers you all know and love revel in their youth> "-beat the shit out of each other-" <It's U.A.'s Sports Festival. Everybody, are you ready?!>

The crowd screamed back and that woke up Luna completely. The catgirl looked at the stadium where several gates opened at the same time. Students slowly began to enter the stadium, looking around and gawking at the number of people in the seats.

<It's the U.A. Sports Festival! The one time Each year when fledgling Heroes compete in a ruthless grand battle!>

Sirius frowned and began to scratch Luna behind the ears. The catgirl purred under his touch and leaned into his hand.

"You know, when you think about it, it's even worse than our first years at Hogwarts. All I had to do was kill a couple of creatures, solve a conspiracy, and save the Stone from the Dark Lord. I didn't have to break the faces of my classmates in my second month of school."

Luna just hummed, trying to listen to what Mic was talking about.

"We are in a different time, Siri. Today it is considered the same as our Duel Tournaments. But I think it's stupid. Why show their Quirks on national TV? Won't the bad guys take advantage of this?"

Aizawa, who overheard their conversation, grunted in displeasure.

"Yes, it's quite irrational, but we can't do anything about it. The higher-ups consider it some kind of power play, to show that the Heroes are not afraid to keep their main weapon getting known."

Hizashi started announcing U.A. students in a completely non-bias matter - yes, that was sarcasm - which caused dissatisfied cries of said students.

"What about future Underground Heroes? Their whole spiel is being unnoticed, no?" Sirius asked.

Yes, he learned a lot about this time, but some things still didn't make sense.

"Those who go Underground usually don't perform well at the festival. They receive offers for internships through teacher recommendations. Every Hero school has at least one Underground Hero in the staff, so everyone's happy."

Luna hummed again and looked at the kids in the stadium.

". . . Reminds me of gladiators. In their time, the battles were monitored by the Sectatorets. Not the most pleasant creatures, if you get distracted, they will trip you, break your spear, tie your hair in a knot. Something like Nargles, but with deadly consequences."

Aizawa and even Hizashi looked at the woman after her announcement. Mic laughed nervously and scratched the back of his head, looking away.

"Umm. . . Is it too late for me to tell you that your microphones are on?"

The catgirl blinked and looked at the microphone with such surprise as if it had begun to dance the macarena on the table.

"Oh, poo. It was quite rude of me. Hello viewers and listeners! I usually introduce myself first, but I guess I got unlucky today. My name is Lovegood Luna and I will be commentating on this year's Sports Festival with Present Mic and Eraserhead!"

"Rather just with Present Mic, Eraser will fall asleep as soon as he gets the chance."

Aizawa didn't even try to use the energy to glare at Sirius. He told the truth after all.

"Siri? You won't introduce yourself?"

"Eh, might as well. My initials are S.H.A.S.S.J.R.B.P.G.B.S." 'Huh, it has ass in it. Sirius would've been proud.' "but everyone calls me Black Sirius."

Sirius's face broke into a smile and he practically melted into his seat. He left a clue for his students, so finding out his identity will be a little easier now. Or one of the identities.

"I'll never understand why you have such a long name. Anyway, I pass on the reins to our beloved Midnight!"

The crowd burst into applause and marked the beginning of the festival. Sirius prepared for another day of headaches. Gladiator fights starring teenagers couldn't end well.

More filler chapters. To be honest, I don't understand the meaning of the Sports Festival in the original manga. Show us how Endeavor is a bitch? Shed some light on how the original Izuku has no real ambition other than "I'll be the number one hero"?

I'm not sure when I started thinking this way. Well, I'm just using the Sports Festival to tell other stories.
