CHAPTER FOURTEEN:WHY DID SHE HAVE TO BEEN SO BEAUTIFUL

She was so nervous close to having cold feet all the while she was been dressed up for the party, Avianna was so having goosebumps in her body that she has even ask Stacy to get her a blanket to cover herself for the mean time while the party was yet to begin, she has never imagined her self in this kind of situation before.

Even when she was still a newbie in the entertainment industry she has never been scared or nervous about a show or party before.

She kept on checking her wrist watch, counting down the time for the event, she felt like the day was running by so quickly.

Avianna thought that she was ready to face Jason again after all these years but she was actually lying to herself as she was realizing that just now.

She was really having a bad feeling about this whole party, but she didn't have much choice here.

If anything,she felt drained from having to go with him tonight.would she be able to keep up with him without having the thought that he knew about little Sophie?

Ever since the moment with her mother,she haven't being able to sleep properly without thinking about her meeting with Jason.

There's a huge possibility that him appearing in her life right now, just after the confrontation with her mother can't be just a coincidence.

Which calls for the reason for her nervousness, but she had to pretend like everything was okay and act cool.

She can't give him the idea of finding out that she feels threatened with him being back in the country.

She heard the beeeping of the car outside, and didn't need anyone to tell her that he was here.For the love of god she has no idea how he even found out where she is living.

"Omg he's here"The excitement Stacy held was so out of the world, as she pushed the door wide open with a huge smile on her face to announce to her that he has arrived.

"Why are you so excited? He's not even that goodlooking Stacy"Avianna said, standing up to check out herself one more time in the mirror.

"You look gorgeous,I'm so sure he can't take his eyes off you tonight"Stacy said, with such a dreamy face that made her nearly gag at her talking about the both of them.

"Snap out of it stacy, we aren't a thing anymore"She said lastly taking her clutch that rested on top of the dressing table, she knew that it wouldn't take much for Stacy to start getting ideas that she was planning on accepting Jason again.

"But that doesn't mean that couples don't fight sometimes and…"

"Stacy!!"Avianna yelled, and she knew that was her cue to stop talking after seeing her glare at her.

She bowed her head in regret for saying that, but before she could apologize Avianna was out of the room down to the sitting room where Jason was waiting for her.

It didn't took much for him to know that she has arrived, she has this lovely lavender scent that always announces her present before one gets to see her.

Then he turned.

He turned to face her, and felt time stop for a second.

Why did she have to be so beautiful?

It was so hard for him to stand right infront of her, after so many years without getting a boner.Aviana is a true goddess of beauty.

He really made a good decision to come back for her, after years of leavings because honestly his life hasn't being a bed of roses ever since they broke up.

Life hasn't being the same way it has been since she left, and right now all he wanted so much was to fix thing's with her and get his girl back.

That's why he was here, to get his woman back while hoping it's not too late for that.Although he knew that it wasn't possible for her to get over him that easily because he too hasn't being able to stop thinking about her.

He looked her up from head to toe and gushed at how lucky he was to have her, she had changed a lot since these years.

Her brown eyes stared back at him,with a perfect eyeliner.Her raven hair cascading in waves framed her face in a perfectly beautiful way.

Her dress?

It was as if the dress was made just only for her, her broad hips that had enhanced over the years flaunted out in the mermaid tail gown.

The deep v of the gown exposed her beautiful chest to his lusty eyes, her breasts were more fuller and rounder in the dress and he couldn't help but get jealous at the eyes that were going to see her tonight.

Does he had a right to be jealous?

No he doesn't!

So when his eyes met her brown ones that didn't show how happy she was to see him,he knew that he messed up big time.

"Hey baby"He smiles, walking close to bring her right hand up to his lips for a chaste kiss."you look ravishing sweetheart"He added,flirting with her as he went up to place wet feathery kisses on her exposed neck to inhale her sweet rosy scent.

"We have..t..o go"She said,breathing through her lips as it was hard for her to control herself around him.

This was the effect he had on her, although she's angry at him for keeping to himself for years.She's being putty in his hands and he too knew how to use that advantage for himself.

"But i don't want to go baby, I will rather spend my time here with you.We could celebrate here, just you and I sweetheart, just like old times"His mint breathe hit her face, as he paused looking at her face to find out that her eyes were closed.

He smiled, happy that she still felt this way for him.But unknown to him, it wasn't the same for her.

She was angry.

He must be dreaming if he thinks, she's going to accept him back into her life that easily.She's not cheap to do that.

To hell with what she's feeling for him!

So as he inched closer to take her lips for a kiss, she spoiled the moment."I will be outside waiting until you are done fixing yourself"

She whispered to him, caressing his face that nearly lost its colours from the effects of restraining himself.

A smirk on her face, as she left him for him to calm down.He won't be too stupid to show everyone that he's hard for her.

She muttered lastly and left, but not without hearing him curse out loudly while she smiled for a job well done.
