(At the hospital)

The beeping of the heart monitor in the hospital ward was the only thing that was heard, while seated beside the very patient in the ward was a woman who held the girl's hands in her palm.

Worried lines could be seen written all over her face, and she was trying her best not to break down in front of her daughter.

Mrs Queen tucked a strand of her daughter's hair that covered some part of her face behind her ear, before pecking her cheeks in a loving manner.

"Everything is going to work out fine sweetheart," She said to the unconscious lady that was oblivious to the woman who was talking to her.

She has to believe that everything would be fine, and definitely, a donor would be found soon.

Atleast, she has to believe what the doctor said, there's no way doctor Park wouldn't sort things out for her daughter if he doesn't want to lose his job.

The door swung open and in walked the doctor and her husband, whose face could tell her that somehow was wrong.

"When is the surgery starting?"She asked, standing up to face doctor Park who was already fidgeting, he knew better than to upset her in this dire situation.

"Honey, calm down"Stephen spoke up in place of the doctor, but she sent him a glare too that had him walk up to her to engulf her in a hug.

It was a difficult situation right now, and as much as he's trying not to show that he too was tensed up about what's happening.

He couldn't let it show, because it's all his fault. He should have rather listened to his wife,and have their daughter sent abroad rather than stay here to have the surgery.

But one thing is clear, and that is, nothing was going to happen to his child. A miracle would occur.

A miracle, he prayed for.

"You don't get to tell me that!"She yelled, porking a finger at his chest, she didn't need anyone to tell her what's this about.

"I believe that we will have everything sort out soon, the donor wasn't able to make it anymore… "

"I would hate you for the rest of my life if anything happens to my daughter Stephen, you will pay!"She threatened, and it was just as if luck weren't on their side anymore because the heart monitor started beeping loudly.

Turning to see her daughter's heart rising up rapidly in an abnormal way, she lost all reasoning.

"She's going to die,my baby's is going to die!"She cried and wanted to run up to touch her but her husband was fast in holding back.

"Get the OP ready!"Doctor Park yelled at his subordinates that were going in with him, to treat the young mistress of the Queen family.

"I'm sorry but you will have to leave"A nurse told the couples,who left the room but not without Mrs.Queen throwing a tantrum before she was taken out.

Aviana can't die yet!

Something has to be done as soon as possible.

(In the same hospital)

Enzo was out,seated outside the operating room with his hands clenched together,eyes closed while praying in his heart that things would work out for his sister.

He can't lose her,not after losing their parents in a car accident that rendered both of them orphans at an early age.

It has always been him and Nova, and right now he couldn't bear the thoughts of losing his sister too if the surgery goes wrong.

With his head raised up,he counted the minute and seconds that eventually turned into hours,before the door was opened.

It took a whole lot of four hours, four hours which he doesn't mind waiting for more of that if that was going to help get his sister treated.

Nova has a rare disease that was genetically inherited,from either his father or mother that had her admitted into the hospital.

Although,it took a while to get the money for the surgery, he hoped it wasn't late just like the doctor had given him the initial response after paying the money.

Enzo stood up hastily,the doctor was busy removing his face mask and didn't bother to give him any attention which made his heart skip.

"How's my sister doctor?"He asked,worried lines were etched on his face and the doctor stopped to face him.

He could sense it.

But he didn't want to conclude yet.

With a sigh escaping his lips, doctor park placed his hands on his shoulders in a soothing manner,which he didn't like.

"I'm so sorry"He broke the silence.

"What's that about doc..tor? What about Nova?"Enzo asked further,his voice breaking down even before the man could finish his statement.

"With deep regrets in my hearts Mr Queen,i apologize for the death of your sister,she was…"

"The fuck what the hell does that mean!!"Enzo roared, knocking off the doctor's hand that was on his shoulder in annoyance.

Just in time, the door got open and out walked some nurses that went in earlier into the operating room, with the stretcher which carried a body but it was covered up.

No!

That's not Nova.

He refused to admit it.

"Nova!"Enzo ran up to the nurses,pushing them aside to pull off the clothe that was covering his sister off.

"No..no ..wake up Nova,you have to wake up..No!!"Enzo held onto her hand,hot tears cascaded down his pale skin while he refused to accept the truth in front of him.

She can't be dead.Nova can't be dead!

"What am i to do without you?"He asked no one in particular, as the nurses looked at him when shaking their head sorrowfully.

"NOVA!!'

It took some time to get himself fixed up, after his sister was reeled into the mortuary.

He was nothing but a living dead.

Dried tear stains covered his cheeks,while not even a single emotion could be seen in his eyes,as he was walking out of the hospital with nothing but Nova's jackets in his hands.

He stopped to look at her clothes,while inhaling her scent that would soon fade away with time once she's being buried.

Thinking of that, tears ran down his face as he continued with his journey out of the hospital until he heard it.

"It's really such a blessing that she ended up dying"

"Doctor park could have lost his job if he didn't do what's right, by taking the kidney of the patient in room ninety six"

"It's such a pity that she died"

"No it's not!You wouldn't have survived another day in here, if she didn't die to give up her kidney for the young Miss"

"I feel so bad for her brother"

"No i don't,she's already dead to begin with .she's nothing but a saviour to the patient in room fifteen"

On and on the gossip went on between the nurses,who were oblivious that he was standing few metres away from where they were.

They took his sister kidney!

The doctor gave Nova's kidney to another person!

Does he have no respect for the dead?

Enzo cleaned his fist tightly and went forward to take the book of record's

that the nurses had kept carelessly,while gossiping only for him to check who the hell stole his sister's kidney.

Tossing the book on the floor,he rushed back inside to find the one who his sister saved.

For the love of God,they illegally took his sister's kidney without his consent and here they were?

Talking about the consequences that would have befallen the hospital,if they didn't save the patient in room fifteen.

Enzo was enraged,that he could have burned down the hospital for all he cared had it being his sister was not in here too.

Well, doing that after the burial doesn't sound bad.

Standing outside the room,he stared through the translucent door as a young lady was sleeping peacefully,while two older couple's who looked rather familiar had their arms around themselves while staring at the lady who he presumed was their child.

How dare they!

He should have known so soon,that the doctor loved money more than keeping to his virtue as a doctor.

With his hands clenched tightly,he stared at the girl who stole his sister's kidney.The pain that came with Nova's death and the burden that he would forever carry on with him,after knowing that she would hate him if he doesn't make them all pay for what they did to her.

He will make them all pay,they wouldn't go Scot free.

Especially the thief, Aviana Queen.

He heard voices coming through the hallway,that led the doctor and two other nurses here.

Seeing him right there sparked something within him that made him rush up to him, and gave him a punch straight to his face that sent him to the ground.

"How dare you! "He seethed, bending down to grab him by his collar,"How dare you trade my sister's kidney,have you no regards for the dead!!"

With his hands raised up in the air,he was dragged by the security men that rushed in, which was a courtesy of the nurse that ran out the moment the drama started.

"Mr kings,I will advice to calm down ahd hear me…"

"Don't tell me to clam down you bloody moron!,"He thrashed while still held by the guards,"I will kill you!!"

"Is everything okay Doctor?"A voice asked,which was no other than Mr Queen who came out when he heard commotions.

"Of courses Mr Queen, everything is alright"The doctor moved forward, reaching to where Enzo was with the security men,he mouthed to them.

"Take him out"He said with no ounce of remorse written on his face,before moving up to meet the hospital biggest shareholder.

At that moment,it was very obvious to Enzo what he had to do as they took him out,but without seeing the worried face of the man who turned out to be the father of the girl,he will make her life miserable by taking what belongs to his sister.

He will make them pay.

That's a promise from a brother to his dear lovely sister,Nova Kings.
