CHAPTER FIFTEEN:LET THE PARTY BEGIN!

She walked outside with a smile on her face for a job well done with Jason, straight to the black limo he had come with, she opened it and entered while waiting for Jason who she left to fix himself up.

Avianna stared at the front mirror only to notice the familiar face that was staring back at her from the driver's seat which made her widen her smile the more.

"Long time no see Edward" Avianna calmly said

Edward has been working for Jason for as long as she could remember, he is really a nice person.

"Stunning as always" Edward replied back with his deep voice while returning the smile.

Edward and Avianna weren't very close, but the few times they talked while she was still dating Jason was really nice, he wasn't a bad company at all.

"Thank you Edward and you aren't looking bad yourself,'' Avianna uttered back more politely this time.

The silence was about getting awkward when Jason opened the car door and sat opposite Avianna while he shut the door closed.

Edward didn't need to be told as he roared the car engine back to life and sped off.

Jason kept on staring at Avianna lustfully which was making her feel so uncomfortable, but she had to keep her cool and pretend as if she didn't know Jason was looking at her.

She knew Jason wasn't going to say quite after what she did earlier but she wasn't going to allow him try anything stupid with her, or was he staring at her because he knows about Sophie? No she didn't think so.she kept her eyes glued to her phone trying to keep herself busy so as to avoid having an eye contact with him.

"Get back with me baby girl, can't you see we look perfect together?" Jason blurted out with a smile as he blinked his eyes trying to look cute.

Avianna burst into laughter for a second and then back to her mean face, she never imagined Jason to be such a joker, what makes him think they can ever be together again?.

"In your dreams Jason" Avianna replied back in a very cold way.

Jason knew it wasn't going to be easy to win Avianna's heart back, not after he had hurt her so much in the past, but he wasn't going to quit or let her walk away from his life ever again.

Enzo was putting on a shiny dark blue suit that fit his sparking blue eyes with matching shoes.

He had instructed Cain earlier to make sure everything was in order and to get the car ready too.

Cain came back to his room to tell him that everything was ready but found him on a call so he had to draw back and stood near his dressing table so as not to disturb him.

Cain was really bothered by Enzo's behavior. He wondered who the woman he had been speaking with on the phone for some days now might be. He had many questions he wanted to ask Enzo but he dared not, he didn't need to be reminded of the kind of person Enzo was.

Enzo finished up with his tie and walked over to the standing mirror to take a look at himself while still on the call before leaving.He looked at the mirror not for too long because he knew he was already handsome and anything he wears fits him perfectly well.

Cain was just standing observing every of Enzo's actions to know whether he would catch a glimpse of what he was going on and what he was actually discussing with the person on the phone, but that was a total waste of time.the way Enzo acts recutant while dressing really amused Cain.

"What a pride" Cain mummerd under his breath making sure Enzo didn't get what he said.

Not long after Enzo was done with the call, he left his room heading down where the car had been parked without even speaking to Cain, though he was not much of a talker and Cain most times understands his actions even without being told what to do, so he followed immediately.

Enzo left his house early for the party with Cain driving so he could go pick up his escort which Cain was so eager to know, he won't blame him though, he would be doing the same thing if he was in Cain's position.

Just a few minutes to the drive Cain pulled up in a parking lot of an exclusive hotel just as Enzo had instructed.

Enzo got down from the car to meet a beautiful lady that was standing at the front of the hotel, Cain knew Enzo had no female friend not to talk of a girlfriend so he didn't understand where all this was coming from, not like Enzo's private life was his business.

With the way Enzo was talking to the lady they seemed quite acquainted.That was when realization hit Cain that she might be the person Cain had been talking with on the phone ever since the issue of this party was brought on.

Was she the reason why he asked him not to arrange any escort for him as usual?Who was this lady exactly? Cain kept on asking himself questions that he couldn't answer.

He was still lost in thought when he had the car door closed with the laughter of Enzo and the lady that followed suit.

He was really tempted to look at the back seat to take a better view of the unknown lady that his Boss was chatting away with as if he had known her for a long time.

Cain drove out of the hotel to the event venue where the party was being held.

Enzo kept on entertaining the lady that was with him, engaging her in different kinds of conversation so as to not make the moment awkward and boring.

Enzo was really looking forward to see Avianna's look when she will see the surprise he was about to give to her.

Getting near to the venue front Enzo noticed a black limo that stopped in front of the report's and as expected Avianna got down from the car with Jason while reporters were after them with their dozens of questions that weren't his problem.

Watching Avianna smile has been the biggest torture of his life and can't wait to see those smiles turn to scowl and those glittering eyes of hers filled with tears.

He tapped Cain on the shoulder as a sign to speed" up the car.

"Let the party begin" Enzo muttered under his breath as he smirked evilly while still staring at Avianna.
