Yuuki is an average college student, lives alone, has black hair, black eyes, is around 5,6 ft tall, average looks. Yuuki likes to watch anime, read manga and fanfics, his favorite anime are Jojo and MHA.

Yuuki doesn't bother with things that don't concern him.

While he was walking back home from the convenience store he saw a kid running into the street and truck-Kun was speeding towards said child.

'Why the fuck is he running to the street? He can literally see the truck speeding towards him and he's just standing there. What a fucking dumbass, well it doesn't concern me. Why would risk my life for a stranger that I'm never gonna see again? Dumbass kid blam your stupidity' Yuuki thought, he just walked all the way home not even glancing at the kid that got hit by the truck.

-time skip-

At night, Yuuki went to sleep after watching an episode of Jojo part 6.

When he opened his eyes he found himself in a room that looks a lot like an Interrogation room.

'Where the fuck am I? Don't tell me I got arrested in my sleep and I'm getting interrogated because I didn't save that kid and left him there?' Yuuki thought, he was super confused.

A man in a white suit, with white hair and a handsome face, came into the room Yuuki was in.

"Who are you?!" Yuuki asked the mysterious man. The man sat in front of Yuuki and stared at him for a while before he began speaking, "why didn't you save the boy?" he asked.

"Why would risk my life for a total fucking stranger? I don't who you are, but let me ask you a question, would you throw away your perfectly fine life for a stranger? If yes then you're just a fucking dumbass" said Yuuki, the man in white began to laugh, which confused Yuuki even further.

"Good answer good answer. Hello, you can call me ROB, I have to inform you that you died in your sleep because you fell off your bed and hit your head on the side of the nightstand." Said ROB, the room changed to a Japanese-style room. Yuuki was surprised about how the room changed, his death, and the man in front of him.

"So I have died, I don't know how to feel about all of this information. So what now, do I go to hell for not saving the kid, or do I reincarnate like most fanfics MCs that meet ROB?" Said Yuuki

"Your gonna reincarnate in the world of MHA, with 3 wishes." said ROB, when he heard that Yuuki was super excited because he gets to go to one of his favorite animes. "Give me some time to think about my wishes." Said Yuuki, to which ROB agreed.

-30 minutes later-

"Here are my wishes-

1. I want to look like DIO and have his powers, this includes his vampire powers and The world, and the world can be upgraded to The World Over Heaven with enough training.

2. I want to upgrade my vampire powers to the max, this includes no stereotypical vampire weaknesses and no Hamon weakness.

3. I want Hamon.

"These seem easy enough wishes, I thought you would wish to be a Saiyan or something like that, well off you go!" Said ROB.

"Thank you for everything!" said Yuuki before he blacked out.
