Later that night, Carter's team joined Rick in the underground bar. Mike sang on stage and frequently made fun of different people in the room. It didn't matter if they were an NPC or one of his friends, none were safe against his slew of jokes. As for Rick, he enjoyed what little bit he had left to call home. It was a small haven of Germans who couldn't live with Hitler's take over. They were mostly disgruntled and oppressed by the regime. Some were of color, living in fear of the day they were to be prosecuted.
Vanessa and Jaivva sat at a small table next to Kiki, Carter, and Mimi. Next to Vanessa, but in between the two tables was logan, spread out with an ice pop in hand. He chose to interact more with Mike as opposed to joining his friends in their talk about the stadium.
