As they reached a secluded part of the orphanage, the bully, Chen Yu, shoved Yuan against the wall. "What's with the attitude, huh?" Chen Yu sneered, pushing him again.
"Hey, let's teach him a lesson!" Another kid laughed, encouraging the others.
"Yeah, get him!" Chen Yu was about to punch Yuan when he suddenly found his nose hit with a quick jab.
"Bastard!" Chen Yu shouted, trying to regain balance, but Yuan swiftly blocked and countered with another hit.
The other four kids tried to join the fight, but five minutes later...
"You're the boss… we give up…" they panted, kneeling before him in defeat with black blue faces.
"That was easy," Yuan muttered, dusting off his hands as the quest completion notification appeared.
Each of them had 2 or 3 points of innate spirit power, with Chen Yu holding 6. Thanks to the system, Yuan had absorbed and stored it all for later use.
