Everyone knew that once the sword was unsheathed, then they should retreat and no longer mess around with it.

"We're sorry. We didn't know that woman was your customer, White-Eyed Knight," said one of the men who bowed apologetically to Alfeus.

After the path to the top floor opened again and the atmosphere calmed down again, Alfeus wrapped his arms around the woman and led her up to the top floor.

Slowly they climbed the stairs one by one.

"White-Eyed Knight? That's an interesting nickname," said the woman.

"Ignore them. The nickname was given by the person I killed. I consider it an honor for swinging my sword with all my heart. I don't like it if it brings fear to others."

"Oh, like the Bringer of Calamity? That's a nickname that humans give me. There are actually many, Death Bringer, One Who Causes Death, Lord of the Dead, Nightmare, Country Destroyer, and many other nicknames of mine. All my nicknames bring fear to everyone."
