Heirship

The goblin grins at him, "your true name is Lucarus Lestrange, son to Bellatrix and Rudolphus, heir to both of the Lestrange and Black families"

The boy sits in silence, on his trip to Diagon Alley, he read a book on the Sacred Twenty-Eight. he knows the power of both the families that are now his.

"Are my parents alive?", he asked with a shaky voice.

The smile on the goblin vanishes, he nods grimly, "Your parents are currently serving a lifetime sentence in Azkaban for the torture of the Longbottom family, and fighting for the dark lord"

Silence filled the room as the boy takes in the information, "What's next?"

Gripshank takes out two rings from a nearby safe, "these are the lordship rings for your respective houses, simply drop a single drop of blood on each of them then put them on"

Doing as he's told, the rings shink to fit his fingers, a surge of power flows through him upon wearing them.

Gripshank leans forward, "from the documents i have here, it says that the Lestrange ring will grant you a shield that will protect you from people using Legilimency to read your mind"

"The Black ring will grant you a better-understanding of charms when you learn them"

After a moment of composure, Luca looks back to the goblin, "since i am the last of my family, what happens now?"

Gripshank fumbles with the quill in his hand, "You actually have two relatives, one was disowned for marrying a muggle-born wizard, the other won't be too pleased to see you, until your sudden arrival, her son was next in life for the Black lordship"

"The one i would recommend you see is Andromeda Tonks, she's your other disowned relative i mentioned... i can set up a meeting if you wish?"

After nodding, they talk for another half an hour over several things before Luca exits Gringotts to see the professor waiting for him.

"Professor Flitwick, i won't be going back to the orphanage, it appears I'm the heir to the families, Black and Lestrange, I'll be using one of their residences as my home from now on"

The goblin gives him a cheerful smile, "very good, I'm glad to see that you're taking everything so well"

The boy nods, "I would like to get the rest of my gear in a few days, the only thing i want right now is my wand and owl"

The goblin starts walking away, "this way, Heir Lestrange"

The owl he bought himself is an Eagle Owl, which he called Athena.

After a strange yet boring conversation with Ollivander, he walked out of his wand, Poplar wood with a phoenix feather core, 14 ½" and hard flexibility.

Days pass by, chose to stay in the Lestrange family manor. upon his arrival, he was greeted by three house elves that wore nothing but loincloths, after proving who he was, they served him obediently.

Since he has two months until his departure to Hogwarts, he spends his time studying and learning more about this new world.

After a week of learning politics, bloodlines, etiquette, and family secrets, he gets dressed in some nice clothes before using the floor to travel to Gringotts for his family meeting with Andromeda and her family.

--- Tonks Family POV ---

It's been roughly a week since Andromeda received a letter from Gringotts stating there had been a change in the family of Black, and that there was someone that wanted to meet her and her family.

To say that she and her family are nervous would be an understatement, being considered a blood traitor and disowned by the most powerful family in Britain can make life quite difficult, especially for their daughter, Nymphadora.

Now, as a family, they sit in a room opposite the goblin that set up the meeting, "Thank you for coming, before the person who asked me to set up this meeting comes in, he wants you to give an oath on your magic that you will not tell anyone about what is said in this room or of his identity"

Deciding amongst themselves that it was perfectly acceptable, they give their oaths that are bound by magic.

Gripshank leaves the room and after a few minutes, a boy enters. The boy wears an expensive tailored suit, that compliments his pale skin, black hair, and yellow eyes,

Sitting across from the family, he nods at them, "Thank you for coming, please, before you speak, let me get the introductions out the way"

"I know who each of you are, I've been looking at information on each of you. I am your nephew Andromeda"

"My name is Lucarus Lestrange, son of Bellatrix and Rudolphus, which makes me the heir to both families"

"The reason i contacted you was that i need a regent until i turn fifteen, and i think you would be my best option"

Silence covered the room, Andromeda was the most shocked, the boy, other than his eyes, looks almost identical to his mother.

Feeling her husband nudge her, she shakes herself out of her stupor, "Thank you for considering me as your regent, unfortunately, since i was disowned from the family, i cannot take up the position"

The boy takes out a folder, "Yes, i read about your disownment, which quite frankly was quite stupid"

"That's why i have an offer for you, i will bring you and your daughter back into the family, on five conditions"

Ted Tonks, Andromeda's husband was the one to talk first, "Heir Black, thank you for the opportunity but I'd like to know the conditions before we agree to anything"

The boy turns to him, the yellow eyes cause shivers to run up and down his spine.

"Very well, after each condition, please notify me if you have problems with them"

"My first condition is that while you will be my regent, you will not make any decisions for me under any circumstance"

The family nod, easily accepting the first condition.

"Secondly, one of you will take my seat on the Wizengamot and will vote on things that benefit me and my family"

They accept his condition without hesitation.

"Thirdly, You will be given a rather large monthly stipend from the family vaults but other than that, you will not be able to access it"

Andromeda speaks up, "I'm fine with this but what about your other aunt, Narcissa"

"I have told Gripshank to block her from taking or moving any money regarding the family of Black"

She nods, accepting his words.

"My fourth condition is that each of you will spend the next two months teaching me as much as you can before i head off to Hogwarts... from morning to night without break, other than sleeping and eating, we will be training and studying"

Looking at each other, they agree with each other.

"Lastly, You will make an oath that you will never reveal any of my secrets or private business to anyone without my permission"

The family let out a breath of relief, Andromeda talks first, "That is perfectly acceptable, thank you"

They each give an oath on their magic and life.

Taking out his wand, he looks across to his new family members, "I, Lucarus Lestrange Black, hereby revoke the disownment of Andromeda Tonks nee Black"

Magic swirls throughout the room, causing the older woman to burst into tears and hugging him.

He awkwardly pats her back, "Aunt Andromeda, I'm not much of a hugger", his words only make her hold him tighter.
