Chapter 10 Dragon and Direwolves

After coming back to Moat Cailin I learned that two direwolves suddenly came and are staying in woods with the heart tree

Even though people don't know that there is a heart tree there I had the workers build strong wall around it like winterfell, Nobody is allowed to go inside there besides me and uncle Ben, even if some fools try to go in there they would be quickly scared away by tor with illusions

Now suddenly two direwolves have taken over, there hasn't been a direwolf south of the wall for hundreds of years

So I went to investigate them in woods, there they were both magestic beast, one of them was grey with brown eyes like the sigil of House stark and other was black as the night with grey eyes

They both were the size of a horse ,the grey one came close to sniff me , somehow this wolf was very familiar to me I can't help but pet the huge wolf that easily tower over me and can rip my head off in a snap

The grey wolf was very accepting of my pets and nudge her giant head against me which almost knocked me over , but the whole interaction was very warm I had tears in my eyes I don't know why

Tor has come beside me when I was focused on the grey wolf , the black wolf was looking at me from a distance

"She says that she was suppose to be your mother's but she died before the she wolf can come across the wall, the black one is her little brother he is your uncle Ben's "

Hearing about my mother made the wolf sad and I could feel it " Don't worry girl we will make them pay for my mother"

"My father told me that the Starks had a bond with the direwolves , that they and wolves took vows under the eyes of gods to protect and take care of each other, but that was broken when a stark unjustly killed a direwolf and then the direwolves went beyond the wall, these two direwolves belong to the same line that bonded with the Starks they have come down to retake the vows"

"Do you know how to do that "

"Yes but your wolf is not here yet , the she wolf is heavy with two pups , one for you and other for the red head kid that keeps coming here and disturbs the woods"

"Robb and my wolf is in there"

"Yes but you can't take the vows until the pup accepts , who knows how long that will take so don't be in a hurry to take the vows"

I could only nod , first the black egg and now direwolves, I will soon have living sigils of both my houses, a direwolf and a dragon

"Now give me the egg, I felt it as soon as you entered the castle, that dragon is going to be very strong to have such presence even as an egg, leave the egg near the heart tree it will hatch faster in the woods"

"Aye but if it hatches keep the little dragon hidden , no one comes here but still" and I gave tor the egg

In just a few moons as if to show each other up the pups and dragon came on the same day

My mother's wolf I call her winter after winter rose which my mother loved, she gave birth to two small pups one white with red eyes and other grey with streaks of black , the moment I saw the little white pup I knew he was mine

And the dragon not wanting to left out came out screeching and making a fuss, the little dragon was black as the night with red eyes and had four legs with scalely wings

I had read of this type of dragon in the Valariyan books , they named it an emperor dragon which are very rare , one time the Valariyan dragonlords took 100 dragons to capture one emperor dragon and but only 12 dragons returned so Valariyans just avoided these dragons

Emperor dragons are smaller than normal dragons they stop growing after 4 years, they are bigger than mammoths with wide wings and no bigger than that , the fire of an emperor dragon can hurt normal dragons and most importantly with roar a emperor dragon can lock away a normal dragon's fire

If I can properly raise this dragon I can take on the entire seven kingdoms or essos on my own

Due to their small size emperor dragons are multiple times faster than the fastest normal dragons ,their fire is also special, it is concentrated fire that can explode in a blast of dragon fire that can cause huge damage very quickly

This little black dragon when fully grown will make even the black dread run with its tail between his legs with a single look

I am already started to bond with the dragon, which has never happen even in old Valariya, when I finally awaken and properly bond with him I can even share his dragon fire and use it as my own

As I look at the both little white wolf and black dragon "sleep tight my little miracles , I will protect you but pretty soon you both will be the one protecting me "
