The Council Meeting

[The trio was busy enjoying their early morning conversation over food, completely clueless of the chaos which was ensuing in another world because of them.]

"What do you mean they are still together?" Nexus yelled on top of his lungs. His booming voice echoed through the empty halls, sending his ministers quivering with fear. 

"They are only getting more and more close with each passing day." One of the ministers spoke up, sharing his thoughts with the rest of the people of the council. "If any of you is doubting my words, then let me assure you that it is not the case. My words are not some speculations, they are based on facts." He spoke up, raising his chin up in the air.

"What facts?" It was Nexus himself who had asked him. It wasn't because he was doubting his words. Rather he wanted to know the facts on which he had based his words.
