Arachne and Ryūjin stood from their seats and bowed to FangRoar, this has made the other four confused.

Her name Arachne refers to a spider, She's the City Lord of Arachne City ranked 4th, The City Of Ghosts, and her surname 'Mistweb' doesn't come from nothing, She's the only Curse 'S Rank' Mage in the kingdom.

As for Takemori Ryūjin, his name refers to 'Dragon Samurai', He's the City Lord of Ryūshiro City ranked 2nd, which means 'The City of Dragons', Takemori has a unique class, he's an Archmage Samurai, he is the 3rd Demigod of Eldoria kingdom.

" Before the meeting starts, we'd like to congratulate His Highness FangRoar in advance for his castle to be almost at the unprecedented level 30!" said Arachne and Ryūjin, Emma and the new Dawn Alliance are shocked by the news, So much happening all at the same time, should they wonder why Arachne and Ryūjin acted so out of their way as to bow to FangRoar, or them calling him 'His Highness' which implicates that he assumes to be the next King, but the most shocking thing is him approaching the Castle level 30, which means that soon enough his power will be unmatched.

( They called him 'His Highness' !!) thought Lyra.

( Level 30, so fast!!) thought Emma.

"Haha... It's still not level 30, it's 29 now, but I appreciate your kind intentions!" said FangRoar.

"Yes but now level 30 is just around the corner!" said Ryūjin.

"A Level 30 castle is a great feat that was never achieved even by the fallen behemoth 'Blackwater City', We're looking forward to seeing an army of tier 10 soldiers," said Arachne, a castle's level isn't just a number, but it's a manifestation of a cumulative upgrading in the City's magical powers and facilities, it also unlocks new heights in all fields such as Military force, Magic research, Artefact Refining and more, at the castle level 26 the City will breakthrough to new possibilities just like Tier 9 soldiers are only possible to acquire at this level, however, only at C30 can tier 10 soldiers be trained.

Emma and the other members of the New Dawn Alliance can't help but feel threatened by this sudden rise in power. Even Blackwater City in its former glory reached C29, but before it got the chance to reach C30, it was destroyed by the Dragon Calamity, meanwhile, Ryūshiro City, Arachne City, and Holy Angel City have only recently reached C28, and the difference between each level is greatly significant.

After knowing of this, The New Dawn alliance congratulated FangRoar for this achievement without them standing from their seats, to show that they're not gonna be submissive and that FangRoar's plan to intimidate them has failed.

"Congratulations on reaching C29 Master FangRoar," said the four, C28 stands for 'Castle Level 28', C + any number, determines the level of the Castle.

"But I think I misheard something, did they just call you His Highness?" said Emma.

"You didn't mishear anything, Miss Holy Angel! There's nothing to hide, the King's old bones aren't able to lead this country anymore," said FangRoar with an arrogant attitude.

"Besides, when FangRoar reaches C30, he'll be able to train tier 10 soldiers!" said Ryūjin.

"At that time, the King's power doesn't stand a chance against us!" said Arachne.

"But this is ridiculous, this is a clear declaration of War," said Aurelli, unable to contain his anger, but FangRoar didn't welcome such behavior in his presence, he released a heated Aura that melted anything it touched.

( He dares say such a thing!!!) thought Emma.

"Please refrain your Fiery Aura mister FangRoar, or don't you care about the damage that would happen to your City if we were all to fight here!" said Lyra.

"It's 'King FangRoar' to you, I contacted you many times before to join our Tridrakon Alliance seeing your potential as a High Mage, yet you preferred to sit by The Holy Angel's side, You must not put my strength in your eyes," said FangRoar.

"Having her would be an eyesore anyway hahaha," said Arachne.

"I heard you're sheltering a criminal in your city," said FangRoar.

"What?" asked Lyra.

"So you don't know about this matter? There's a known criminal from Luxion kingdom in your city," said Ryūjin.

(Luxion kingdom!!!) thought Lyra, she was confused since she had never been in contact with any other outside force.

"And since when do we care about other kingdom's affairs??" asked Lyra.

"Of course we care, It's because Luxion kingdom's enemy has reached out to us to form a contract, all we have to do is kill that criminal, and we get their support," said FangRoar, This is usually a secret, however, FangRoar's personality knows no fear, the same way his City gates are open during the most dangerous times, he also doesn't care even if the King were to know of this, and clearly he has the strength to back his arrogance.

( So this is how you could level up so fast, getting support from outside forces!) thought Zephyr.

"Anyway you don't need to worry, I've already sent people to deal with her!" said Ryūjin with a smirk.

"They might've already finished their work by now!" said Ryūjin, Hearing those words, Lyra couldn't help but worry about the state of her City, also she was highly suspicious that this 'Criminal' they speak of might be one of the Oni, and thus realizing she might have lost her strongest pieces, she was rushing to leave the meeting room.

"If my Master decides to leave, she can leave!" said Thane, interfering for the first time during this meeting.

"Ooh! A mere Magicless fool thinks he has a say here," said Arachne, for despite General Thane being known to be a Demigod, he solely relies on spiritual energy and doesn't possess the power of magic like the other two Demmigods.

"You're known as Demigod Thane, honestly, I respect you for reaching such a level with pure spiritual energy and without any Magic power...

"Then here's my offer, whoever of you joins my Tridrakon Alliance, I'll promise him a place to exist in my new kingdom," said FangRoar.

"Master FangRoar, if this is your motive then we're obliged to leave!" said Zephyr.

"Do as you wish, The offer still stands until the moment my castle reaches level 30, but after that, no one will be accepted! Hahahaha!!!" said FangRoar and laughed as he felt like controlling the world after oppressing the New Dawn Alliance.

The New Dawn Alliance left the meeting Hall angry by all that had happened.

"I can't forgive the amount of humiliation we had to endure!!" said Aurelli.

"I expected it to be bad, but not this bad!" said Zephyr.

"If any of you are moved by his offer, I advise you to accept it now!" said Emma.

"I prefer to die than to accept to be his lapdog!" said Aurelli.

"If it's war he seeks, we'll fight till the last breath!" said Zephyr.

While they were talking, Lyra had already fetched Foxy and was about to leave for Waterfall City.

"Lyra who did he mean by the criminal??" asked Emma.

"She's newly recruited to our special forces, I'm afraid that they might have wiped them all in the process, if you'll excuse me I gotta leave now!" said Lyra and left alongside General Thane.

"We too have to head back, who knows what other things they might be plotting," said Aurelli.

Back at the Hunting ground, a battlefield was formed from the resistance of Team Apocalyptia against the sudden attack, however, such resistance was far from enough as all of the team had been knocked out and severely injured, except for Nox and Lucia who remained standing.

Nox helplessly shouted the names of his comrades who were on the brink of death, For the first time, this was the biggest struggle that would threaten their lives, they were all heavily injured and bleeding including Nox and Lucia, It all was the doing of two extraordinary people, they were effortlessly toying with them.

"No.. it can't be... Not again..." said Nox devastated by what just happened, his eyes turned Lifeless, and his skin became pale, surrounded by Dark Aura.

"𝕴𝖙 𝕮𝖆𝖓'𝖙 𝕭𝖊!!!" he shouted releasing a deadly Aura as if he was possessed by a Demon.
