Castle

it started raining heavily as we had expected, But something which we hadn't expected too arrived- YES, Thunderstorm.

"Damn what are we gonna do now." Dino said completely freaking out.

"We need to go and search some shelter." Professor Hernandez said

"We can't go back to the village at any cost, they will eat us all raw." James shouted

"Yes, obviously I know but we can't we standing here waiting for a thunderstorm to strike us anyways." Jared said

"Let's keep on moving forward, Hopefully we will find something to protect us from this heavy rain." Alan said

After walking for fifteen minutes we finally found a castle.

"What the heck" Dino said, "A castle out of no where in the middle of the forest, This doesn't at all seems right."

"Wow, It looks like a Dracula castle." Audrey said In excitement.

The word 'Dracula' made me shiver the hell of out me. Ghosts, evil people, psychic, witches and now vampires, Seriously? 'Screw my life' I said to myself.

Just then I realized that I had seen this castle before, It is a part of my history book or something I wasn't able to recollect at all.

"I still can't figure out, where we are, Never heard about this place before." Professor Hernandez said

"Going inside doesn't seems a good idea to me, My gut feeling is telling me to stay away from this castle." Alan said

"But Alan we have no other idea then to go inside the castle." Tony Said

"Yes Alan, my child. I think it would be better of we go inside. We don't know what will be the consequences of this natural calamity." Professor Hernandez said to Alan with a very humble expression. Alan just nodded.

'Is Alan a psychic too?' I wondered

"OK then let's go in" Dino said as we approached the door, It was a huge door with weird vampire patterns all over it, the door has a lot of dust on it, It was exactly like the vampire palaces shown in movies and web series. I wasn't scared this time, I had almost experienced death in these few days, What worse can happen, I thought to myself. This was the point where was I was absolutely naive unknowing what's waiting for me next.

Knock knock. Dino started knocking the lock. No one responsed.

"I think we can try pushing the door." Tony Said

"But that won't be diplomatic, will it be?" James said

"Screw up diplomacy, find a way to get in, I can't bear this rain. my hair has already turned fizzy." Audrey shouted

One by one everyone started to opening up the door.

"Wait let me try" I said and I went forward.

"We all tried. what can you do? You act as if you are a marvel movies superhero and can open the door by just touching it." Tony taunted me up but to everyone's surprise Tony words came true as I touched the door, the door actually opened on it own. It wasn't even like that I had applied some force, I had just given it a fragile touch. Everyone was shocked as hell.

As I put my foot on the land of the castle, the fire in firepit got enlighted on its own. I freaked out and stepped back.

"Hahaha" Professor Hernandez started laughing. We all looked as him totally frightened.

"Kids don't be scared, It must be sense detector, as they sensed someone's step, the fire must have directly got on." Professor Hernandez explained, " Technology you see"

"Technology in such castle which was built almost centuries ago." James asked suspiciously

"The caste must be renovated recently, and now enough of your question let's just go in." Professor Hernandez said strictly. No one dared to oppose him and did quietly whatever he said.
