Everyone couldn't help but stand in awe as the light reached level 7, and without pausing, it continued to the ultimate level, level 10.

Puzzlement filled the air, prompting someone to inquire of Miss Alcala if there might be a malfunction in the arcane stone. Alcala, too, attempted to check it but found nothing wrong with the arcane stone's usage.

"Miss Alcala, what does this mean?" asked one of the villagers, sensing that something was amiss from the very start.

"I, too, am unaware of such an occurrence, so if possible, let's report it to the council right after the ceremony. For now, all we can do is complete the ceremony."

Despite the astonishment, a sense of calm began to settle, thanks to Alcala's unwavering composure, with the two Royal council members at her side.

Even Jared, watching from atop a tall tree, marveled at what he witnessed. When he awakened, everyone knew he was special, so no one was surprised if his arcane power level reached level 10.

However, the child from a humble village was truly astounding.

"Impressive, isn't it?" Archie couldn't help but whisper behind Jared's ear, seeing the wonder on the young man's face.

They had been friends for a long time, but it was rare for Archie to see Jared so utterly fascinated. So, he couldn't resist teasing.

While the astonishment still showed on people's faces, Alcala continued with the leveling test.

Alcala pressed on with the leveling test as she seemed to have grown numb ever since the commencement of the awakening ceremony.

This arcane power was known as the Song of the Twin Phoenix.

But what was even more frightening about the arcane power of these twins was their fusion ability. They could potentially strengthen an entire kingdom's army if cultivated, even at the novice Tier 3: Journeyman level.

Jared recited the knowledge he had gleaned previously about this enigmatic power.

The young man was taken aback, for he had not expected the Song of the Twin Phoenix to manifest in this small village.

"I believe this is no mere coincidence; it's a matter of utmost urgency. We must report to the Nexus Arcane Council and consult with the upper echelons," Archie promptly responded, realizing that this was no simple occurrence. Thus, he decided it best to report the unfolding events in Salamanca immediately.

"The academy will dispatch reinforcements for a mass enrollment, but we still need to observe and promptly report any new arcane powers that may emerge."

Archie couldn't contain his excitement and astonishment upon learning about Alduos.

For the longest time, Archie had dreamt of having a marksman in his group because his power was Auxiliary Arcane, capable of enhancing a person's senses. A marksman was his most coveted companion, as they were unbeatable at long range when he applied his sensory boost.

"I believe we're in for a splendid year ahead," Jared nodded in response to Archie's comment, his attention still fixed on the stage.

"Senior brother, please cease your recitation of those arcane power descriptions," Archie implored, his self-esteem eroding with every passing moment. It was also due to what he was witnessing.

When Jared saw the second Arcane Guardian, he couldn't contain his laughter of joy.

For the second time in this place, another arcane guardian had appeared.

"Why does it seem like what's in the book, that the arcane guardian is one of the rarest arcane powers, isn't true?"

"Hey, the student council president of the school is here," Archie reported to Jared, but it seemed like he didn't hear him.

"Senior brother," Archie called out to Jared to get his attention.

"What?"

"Senior brother Ashton is here."

Ashton, with his striking good looks and undeniable charisma, possesses a face that appears as if it were sculpted by the hands of the gods themselves. His chiseled jawline frames a pair of piercing ocean-blue eyes that hold a depth of emotions and secrets. Positioned above these eyes are perfectly arched eyebrows that seem to dance with every expression he makes. His nose, straight and well-proportioned, adds a touch of refinement to his rugged charm.

As Ashton confidently strides toward the two men observing the Awakening Ceremony, his lips, a shade of natural pink, curve into a charismatic smile that has melted hearts around the world. They exude an inviting warmth, ready to burst into laughter at any moment. A hint of five o'clock shadow often graces his strong, defined cheeks, giving him a rugged allure.

In contrast to Jared's innocent and scholarly appearance, Ashton is the complete opposite.

As he approaches the two men, their attention is momentarily drawn away from the Awakening Ceremony, their eyes captivated by the presence of Ashton.

"And why is the esteemed president of the school's student council here?"

"Of course, the head of the Student Council for Exploring the Arcane Guardian is here," Ashton teased Jared.

"Okay then, just watch."

As the leveling test continued, Archie also began to report, recounting to Ashton everything he had witnessed from the beginning up to now.
