Rui gazed at Aaron as he peacefully slept on the couch it seemed like he didn't make it to the room. Her brother had faced so many dangers and challenges,

She whispered to herself, "We'll figure this out, Aaron. You've always been there for me, and now, it's my turn to help you."

With a determined expression, she turned and continued her research, determined to find a way to control the unleashed power of the goddess and ensure the safety of her brother and those around them.

Time skip a few hours

Rui walked around the base before she noticed something sleeping on the couch.

He was still deep in his slumber and wouldn't wake up anytime soon.

His eyes flutter open from time to time but they remained closed for most of the time.

Rui noticed this before sighing, she used her ability to lift up the couch and drag him slowly and gently behind her as she walked toward his room.

Where she put him on the bed and covered him using some of her own cover.

She even changed him into a more comfortable outfit with her ability to make sure he sleeps well.

She then closed the light of the room before leaving him to peacefully sleep on the bed.

Rui then turned on the fan to make sure he doesn't sweat bullets by the time she came back.

She heard him move around a bit in the bed, looking at him from this angle he looked like an actual child needing attention.

Something Rui would wonder what did he do to live such a life, if she could remember correctly, she met him when he was 13 and according to him.

He had been doing this for a while now, and after some research of her own, she found out he started when he was 9.

She could still remember his face when they first met, even though he started to adopt the personality that he has now.

His face still looked more lively, more alive.

Now his eyes look like they had lost most of the light that were in them a couple of years back, Rui though of something before a small smile appeared on face of the quiet girl.

She went toward the kitchen before looking around to see what she could find, she was about to make his favorite meal before she realized that she was missing the major ingredient.

She asked the ai on board where it was and luckily for her, it was extremely far away in a remote planet near the edge of their radar.

The location seemed quite dangerous but she could do it, she would be back before he woke up and to make sure of that.

She opened her mouth and said"If he starts to shake a lot during his sleep, play him the lullaby that I have preorecorded for him"

"Understood,"An a like voice said before she smiled softly and used the teleportation machine to get to the planet nearly instantly.

She appeared on what seemed like a wild planet with a bunch of creatures but she didn't really mind that, she spread her sense wide until she found the ingredient before using her ability to float up before fly toward it.

Killing a bunch of pests that try to attack her along the way, she arrives at the plant before carefully removing it.

She then stored it, inside her storage system which mainly had sweets before she left the planet making sure that she left nothing behind that could indicate someone was there.

She teleported back to the base and from where she was, she could hear it playing in the background.

She started making the food and after preparing it she put it in the machine and in less than 10 seconds everything was made.

After she finish putting everything down almost like an alarm, Aaron was seen walking toward her sleepiness still present on his face.

And from the look of it, he just took a shower.she looked at his eyes before he seemed to notice the food and just like a switch that has been flipped in his brain.

His expression shifted to something happier

Rui used her ability and spoke to him telepathically asking him, how was his night.

"Heh, I had better," Aaron said with a smile on his face.

'Its time to do your hair 'she told him telepathically.

"Nobody touching my hair," Aaron asked suddenly very defensive of his hair.

'But you promise 'she said with tears building up in her eyes

"Fine" Aaron said giving up, he was not about to make her cry.

He sat down on her chair as she started to do his hair. She made sure to wet his hair just in case, she seem quite happy doing while Aaron just stare at the food in front of him that he could not reach.
