The best news I've gotten was both a surprise and a great future. The Mixture of my subject came together to make a spaceship but not just any. A Craftworld, continent sided ship capable of caring for millions of people. The new thing was the antimatter creator and reactor with Fusion backups. Yes, like Startrek we use antimatter reactors to power and supply everything the ship needs. Seems when you have almost 20,000 years many things jump forward and quite quickly. The better part is that the ship has a warp core and drive so along with sub-light movements it can move into superluminal speeds to flee unlike Eldar craftworlds. The interior has a fully functional ecosystem with differentiation across the massive distances. Rainforest, deserts, planes you name it has it with a massive Lake in the center of the lands with smaller once a needed. Rain and weather do occur so this is a masterpiece of climate engineering done by the elves. The structures and frames of the ship were done by the Ædificantes. The Sciscitator created many of the systems with the Ædificantes to build them and their greatest creation is the Antimatter reactor and creation system along with the matter fabricator. Yes they have figured out with the Quantum Rune computer Called Raphael Matter fabricator. Massive amounts of energy are sent into the device and with it and some configuration can produce any standard or nonstandard matter. This makes things easier so as long as power is kept anything can be made. Now I am fully happy with our prospects in 40k.

Now weapons are all that's needed and I will send them a requirement for weapons. Luckily shields and other defensive things are in final testing . Smaller ships capable of warp are already moving out into the stellar cluster near Sol. We are also testing magic throughout the universe to see if it is a universal force or might be only for Earth. Current understanding is that it is a universal force allowing wizards to use magic across the universe. The Werewolves are the most excited because they are slated to be part of the expedition into the wider galaxy. They love the idea of being the Dragons Wolf guard. Some have gone on to call themselves The Spatium Lupus or Space wolves. Well at least they are happy with the name. With all this going on we are using massive amounts of wards and illusion to hide our ships and our jump points to keep things quiet from both magical and non magical peoples. No UFO sightings are needed especially with the large ships we use to move about. Mars has been built up to a massive level and is entirely underground so in the future the rover won't bump into a massive complex.

My great plan is to push the magical and non-magical together with the advent of a company. I have sent a letter to Mr. Tonks to act as my legal rep for matters. I asked him to arrive at Castle Ormr as soon as he is capable. "My lord, Mr Tonks is here. Shall I bring him here to your office or to lounge?" Says Gazel.

"Bring him here for me so that we can jump straight into everything." I say He nods

"Of course my lord. Refreshments as well?" he says

" If you could that would be wonderful." I say.

Gazel bows and leaves. I stand and collect my business proposal that Gazel and I created. I hear a knock on the door " My Lord, Mr Tonks." Says Gazel.

" Thank you Gazel, Hello Mr Tonks." I say as Mr Tonks walks into the room. I gesture to the chair in front of my desk as I return with some folders. " Mr. Tonks, I will need you to sign a non disclosure agreement about the things that we will be discussing today. If that is alright then once you finish review and signing we will continue our meeting." I say to him.

He looks quite surprised by the request but takes the document and reviews it." I have no issues with this. Do you have a pen or quill?" He says, I hand him my fountain pen and he signs and hands it back.

"Thank you, I know this is sudden but with what I have the world will jealousy lust for it and rather avoid that." Tonks give me a confused look but says nothing. I just hand him a large envelope with a packet inside. " Read through and tell me what you think." I state.

He opens the envelope and starts reading though the first few pages. His eyes get progressively wider and he starts thumbing through the packet faster. " IS this real? Have you done this? How? Who? When ? what? !!!" shouting Mr Tonks I raise my hand

" Relax Mr Tonks everything in there is proven or in final trials you have nothing to worry about. My request is to help me start a company so I can start to sell my services and also provide resources to the rest of the world. I have plans for the future and will be wanting to establish myself on both sides of the world. Magical and Non-Magical." I say to Mr. Tonks. He takes a few breaths and calms down and sits down going back over the documents.

" I'd be happy to help you with that but I do have a cost." he says but I just smile

" I can't expect you to work for free. How's is 15,000 Gallons per month as a standard salary. Also a sign-on package of 200,000 Gallons to get everything going. Of course that would be your pay. I will pay for any and all expenses you incur whether that be travel fees or others just send me a bill and I will take care of it." I said

" Lord Dragos, That. . . . That is too much. I can't accept that." he says I can only chuckle

" I have more money than most countries and assets across the globe as well as in space and now currently on mars. I have means of production that would send the muggle world into a tizzy with what I am capable of." I say but Mr. Tonks seems surprised

" Now, I have greater aspirations to drag the magical and muggle world to the future together. I need this corporation to be the beginning of it." I state matter of factually.

"Lord Dragos, You are saying that you want to break the Statute of Secrecy?" he retorts with surprise evident.

" Mr. Tonks you work on both sides of the statute. Does this really help us? Hiding in the shadows. The muggle Governments are informed about our existence and are well informed with many that are working both sides as you do. What would be that problem with showing the world magic exists? Of course, I know people jump to conclusions and bigotry can become a thing but with time we can integrate into society. Also with magical help hospitals can become better. Engineering will develop further. Finance can be pushed with arithromancy and last but certainly not least Space travel and stellar development can be done cost effectively. We can lead that world into a new age of exploration and prosperity. Hiding is quickly becoming less possible with people owning cameras and further developing technologies. It's better to step into the light now then wait for an incident that can't be fixed." I finished.

Mr Tonks seems to lose himself in thought. After a few moments he returns " Lord Dragos, I will happily work with you." he remarks while standing and putting his hand out. We shake and finish the paperwork and get the final pieces together for my business to be created in both worlds.

A week after the meeting with Mr. Tonks, we have created Dragos Int. and with me dropping about a billion USD to capitalized the company and begin to purchase a main office and also a branch in America. I arrived at the Capitol building in Washington D.C. to continue with my plans. I walk in and find the conference room they were telling me to go to and meet. Stepping into the room I see 3 top Military brass and a few senators and congressmen waiting for me. I step in and move to my seat. I see an empty seat showing we are missing one person so I wait.

A few moments later the final person walks in and takes their seat. " Hello Duke Dragos, how can America help you?" the Rep says.

"Actually I am here to help you. I have technology that will revolutionize the world and build a new future. Now first everyone in this room has agreed to it being classified beyond top secret, correct?" I say, seeing many nods.

" Yes we have." said one of the Generals.

" Great " I put up a few different photos. The last one I put up is a photo of the moon rover.

" These photos were taken 10 days ago. One from the moon , mars, titan, the moon of Jupiter. Another set is from our Mars base where further research is being done on the planet and further usage."

The generals eyes are surprised " You have to be fucking joking. This has to be fake." say a senator.

Before I can respond, a General interjects " It is real and I have reports from the CIA and some scientists who have seen their ships in telescopes. What is it you want."

I return to my seat "The magical world will be advancing to a level that will be equal with the non-magical world and even surpass it. I am willing to help you with some power generation issues and also provide a more natural friendly way of getting materials. Along with helping the planet avoid Global warming. What I want is control. America will become part of my empire. I already know everything about each of you and am willing to coerce you and follow through on my threats. You will enact laws I want as a show of fielty." I finished. They all looked at me incredulously not knowing what to do next.

" You can't be serious, we are the greatest nation on earth!" Shout the congressmen I immediately snip back

"And you were out competed by a Duke of an allied country. What does that show? Please leave your patriotism at the door. We both know that the biggest interests in America are the Military and business. You are all lapdogs to it and easily create blinders to hold to your "values" So you can vote for another tax cut on corporations that pay nothing anyways. You'd rather burn a 3rd world country than look at America's failures. Now my demands to see if you are worth the effort to give you my technology. Universal health care, Universal basic income of $1000 per month, and set the minimum wage to productivity and inflation. You do these things I will make you into the most advanced country on earth. Fail and I will go to China and do the same." I finish with a smile.

The Senator and Congressman look at each other " That is an impossible task. How are we supposed to do that!" say that congressmen.

The senator looks at me and says " how long do we have to prove?" "4 years. That is all. And congressmen it's not that hard to call in a marketing company and have them help you. But prove your worth and I will help make your county and grandchildren the wealthiest in history. Fail and know that I will move on. Good day and Good luck" With that I depart from the office and return home.

An hour later Calidan approaches me " Brother, it seems the American are trying to move military assets to seize our tech."

Sigh. " Not too much of a surprise though. There is nothing they will find so I'm not worried the computers that do have access are base 128 processing so we have nothing to worry about. I hate to do this but contact your subordinates and make it a massive blunder and get MACUSA involved. Make it a mess. Also start to bind China, Russia and India to us with contracts. If we are going to explore the universe then a unified humanity is needed." I utter with discontent present.

" As you will My emperor." states Calidan with a cheeky grin and then apparates way to do as I asked

" Cheeky prick….. Sigh" I mumble while alone in my office.
