Chapter 66 - The Earth's core
Everyone but Reo is confused at what Akio is saying, but the latter is quick to elaborate.
"I'm sure you've noticed, but there have been earthquakes lately, and the reason for that is the fact that The Dark Wizard absorbed half of the planet's energy."
Everyone asks Akio to elaborate further, and Akio simply says that a few centuries ago, Gawain had stolen half of the energy from the planet's core, leading to the planet's lifespan shortening greatly. It's not only that, however, but the core was also weakened, further shortening the lifespan.
"At this rate, the planet shouldn't last over thirty years. Fret not, however, for I have an idea."
Hearing what Akio said, everyone's surprised to hear that Akio does, in fact, have an idea, but he continues to say that the road to completing that idea will be long and painful, however, it should allow the planet to last for a few decades more.
"So.. what is that idea?"
