Being only three steps away from Asper, the minotaur pulled its large blade back before swinging it horizontally with all its power.
*Swoosh!*
The swing passed right above Asper as he ducked and slid down and through though the minotaur's legs. Even though it had missed Asper could both hear and feel the wind pressure as the blade passed behind him.
*Slide*
Whiteout wasting any time, Asper who was now at the Minotaur's flank quickly leapt from behind it, thrusting his knife as he did so.
*Swoosh*
In an instant, the minotaur sent a back kick right at Asper's head as it stood perfectly balanced. It's goat leg seemed to flash from how fast it moved.
A shallow cut suddenly formed on the side of his cheek however as he had tilted his head to the right, mid-leap. His eyes had widened from having barely seen the movement as the momentum from the leap drew him in closer.
