Initiating the Plan 1

"Do we go inside or what?" Grey asked as the trio looked at the massive forest in front of them.

"If we stay here, a terror will find us, and we will have no covering. The trees in the forest can help suppress a terror movement, since they are quite large." Sasha said while already heading towards the forest.

Some students had already headed inside, in groups, they were only a few that were gutsy enough to go solo.

Leo observed Luke who had left alone, he had two days actualize his plan, as after that period they would be able to use the button they were given

He wanted to act when Luke had no way to get help, the idiot had even helped him with his pride, by going alone.

Boom! An explosive sound resounded as a tentacle slammed on the ground.

"Damn, how unlucky are we to see a terror this early on." Grey said while putting distance between him and the terror.

They had only been inside for about ten minutes, before a terror appeared. Unlike what they had seen in the virtual training, this was real, and more powerful than the ones in the training. The had to very cautious as to not get hit.

Leo ran towards the terror at full speed. The terror saw the incoming nuisance and attacked.

"Sasha!" Leo called out, as soon as he did a turret of green flames collided with the terror stopping it's movement.

"Grey now!" Leo shouted.

Grey immediately used his Ice to begin freezing the terror, this caused the terror to be stuck. Leo immediately jumped releasing two claw strikes, the attack dug deep into the terror killing it.

[You have killed low basic terror. 50 Exp gained, 25 SP gained]

[First kill bonus. 100 Exp gained, 50 Exp gained]

Leo read the notifications that just came.

'I got double the Exp compared to the virtual training. And it recorded this one as my first kill.'

"Not bad for our first cooperation right?" Grey said as he dug out the core of the terror placing it in his backpack. They had all come up with this fighting pattern when the got into the forest.

"We just killed our first terror, as well." Grey added with excitement written all over his face.

"It's just a low basic terror, don't get cocky." Sasha told Grey.

"Don't be a kill joy, just a month ago, none of us could even dream if killing the weakest of them." Grey told Sasha.

Sasha didn't respond to what Grey said.

Leo had a question in his mind, it was bugging him, so he asked.

"What are we going to do with the terror cores?"

"Terror cores can be used to create powerful weapons for ability users, also the cores posses pure meta energy, so it is extracted, and refined to make a drink used to force awakening." Sasha explained to Leo.

'So they can't absorb the cores like I can, that means it is something unique to the system.'

"We should get going, other terrors might come here." Sasha advised, as the black blood of the terror was pouring out, it would attract more terror, to find out what happened.

"Leo above you." Grey shouted.

Leo quickly rolled the side avoiding the attack of the terror, Sasha ran forward, she pulled our two daggers which lit on fire.

"Grey now." Sasha said.

Grey formed an ice pillar that shot Sasha up into the air, she came down plunging her two daggers deep into the terror, then she used it as a conductor to pour huge amounts if flame in the terror, roasting it from inside. The terror collapsed after being cooked.

This was the third terror the group had met, luckily the were all low basic terror.

"It's getting dark, we should find a place to camp." Leo brought a suggestion.

The group found a clearing and set up camp. They had decided that Leo would take first watch and Grey second watch.

As soon as every one was asleep, Leo used Phantom clones to create a clone of himself, and set it as though it was him keeping watch. He put on the one use stealth ring and basically disappeared.

'Time for step two.'

Luke was sleeping soundly in the forest, he had setup a detection template, it was one from his family, it would alert him if anything dangerous got 100 meters near him, little did he know that someone had used stealth to sneak undetected.

Leo looked down at the extremely stupid boy, whose pride was as high as the mountains,if he had only formed a group then Leo would not have been able to sneak up on him. If Leo wanted he could kill the defenseless boy. Leo used the meta seal and sealed Luke's meta for 24 hours. Next he took out the terror spray and sprayed it on Luke. The spray woke Luke up, but when he searched he found nobody. He was about to sleep back, when his detection template notified him of two incoming terrors.

'Now your suffering begins.' Leo who was on a tree thought.

The terrors were now within Luke's sight range, Luke took a fighting stance ready to unleash, but his ability did not come forth.

"WHAT?" Leo said in a panicked voice, he kept trying and trying but it did work. The two terror were now very close, Luke seeing he could not use his ability, fear gripped his heart as he began running with his full speed. As he ran he heard the sounds of the two terrors behind him, but his heart shattered when he heard a third terror join the chase. With every second the terrors got closer.

Luke had fear written over his face, he pressed the button he was giving, but no reply.

The terrors chasing him increased by one more, Luke was basically torn with fear. The terrain proved helpful as it hindered the terrors movement. Luke got ahead and was getting happy that he might escape, when suddenly his leg got stuck in two rocks, with the speed he was moving at, he dislocated his bone, and fell to the ground.
