TBATE:Journey to The Horizon

In a vast empty space where a being of unimaginable power sits above a huge gate overlooking seemingly infinite space and its stars, the being is seen amused at what is happening right before its eyes.

As if from nowhere, a space crack appeared out of the dark void, a creature resembles a human body, without the typical human features like nose, face and eyes, appeared out of the space crack, the creature lay there peacefully on this dark and empty space.

The being got closer to the creature and inspected it before deciding it was best to wait for the awakening of the creature, that afterwards ask him some questions he had ahas trespassed on its domain,anyways because it has no concept of time it doesn't mind waiting until this creature to wake up, an eon may seem long to a mortal creature, but to it, it's only matter of waiting.

"where am i?" Asked the now awake creature

"Oh, you seem awake at last, mortal!" The being replied.

"why am I here, ??? asks" the creature continued asking questions again and again.

The being got annoyed at the nonstop question of the mortal so it decided to show him its memory's up until the mortal died.

"This musst be a Dream" the creature said.

"Hmm so you have not realised yet that you are dead mortal, after your death and seeing u roam around this space I decided to summon your soul in my domain, who would have expected you to be such a sentient soul mortal that's really rare." The Being replied amused at the creatures bewilderment.

After some time the soul accepted his death and it turned its nonexistent eyes towards the Being he considered to be a God.

"So I died, what now?" The soul asked ready to face punishment.

"Let see, I could send you to another world to live your life there but I could also make you work for me ,tell me mortal, do you wish for another life, the one you had before does not seem much, quite an average life you had even from your worlds standards" the being said.

After some thinking the soul decided to ask the god some questions before answering to its question "How can you give me another life?"

"Don't worry about that for a being at my level to reincarnate a simple creature is rather is an easy task"the being said.

"But why are you doing all this,it would not benefit you in anyway" asked the soul confused at the offer of the god.

"Why you ask, for my own amusement being here all this time it's quit boring when nothing eventful happens"the god replied.

"Hmm, then I would like another chance at life, I won't repeat the same mistakes as in my pervious life" the soul decided and responded

"Hahahaha, of course, but only under one condition" the god said with a smirk on his face.

"And what would that condition be?" The soul asked getting worried at the words and expression of the god.

"You see, when you were asleep I took a look at your memories and I know everything about you I know about the novels you have read and the other things you have seen in your previous life" the god said.

"So I am going to choose some powers for you to prepare you for the new life, because after all it would be such a waste to see you die right away when you get there" he said with a smirk on his face.

"So l dont have any right to choose do l? The being asked as he let out a sigh.

With a wide and sinister smile the being said "I have the perfect plans for you my dear mortal do not worry everything will fall right in to its place"

The lost soul, seeing that smile, got a bad feeling, but finally decided to forget it and asked wich condition was it talking before, after all it would not matter even if he spoke up, in the eyes of this god he was nothing more than a mortal.

"As you know not everything in life comes for free, you get another chance in life and you have to pay the price for it, nothing in this world comes for free, mortal, an exchange occurs each time a life takes an action Life itself is a series of transactions." The god said quite proud of his words.

"And l deem that cost to be that wich you cerish most, after seeing your memories I saw that you cherish the most, the friends and family you had and the emotion you build with them" the god said.

The soul did not say anything but accepted the words of this god there was not much he could do.

The gate in which the god sat began to open after the last words of its master Abyss- like tentacles emerge from the door and made its way towards the soul grabbing him and pulling him towards the door,

The last word the soul heard was once this door DEVOURS you it will take away the emotion and memories you build with your friends and family and they to will forget about you, as if you never existed in the first place.

"Oh l forgot to tell you mortal have fun being a baby once again" the god said with a smirk on his face clearly reincarnating the poor soul as a baby on purpose.
