"Are we doing it in this hall?" Nie Li asks.

"Yes. This will be over before you know it." Ye Zong says and jumps down from his chair.

Nie Li takes out an hourglass, or minute glass and says "When the sand in this glass falls down completely, it means time is up."

"We don't need that. Are you ready?" Ye Zong asks.

"Yes. Now allow me to show you something interesting." Nie Li says.

Nie Li closes his eyes and concentrates. Ye Zong also w is waiting to see what Nie Li is doing.

Then a huge surge of soul force released from Nie Li's body and he absorbed it again.

Then his hair turned grey. Ye Zong looked at him and thought 'What did he do? I can't sense his presence but, my instincts are screaming at me to run.'

If Ye Zong had listened to his instincts, he wouldn't have to get humiliated. But, a person who is prideful of his strength wouldn't back down in a fight with a kid.

Nie Li is in Ultra instincts form. He learnt it in the dragon ball world.

Ye Zong says "If you are done, I will attack."

"I am done. You are going to regret not attacking me while I was transforming." Nie Li says.

Ye Zong rushes at Nie Li and pulls to punch him. Nie Li just tilts his body and dodges.

Ye Zong doesn't give up and throws a series of punches at Nie Li.

Nie Li just tilts and bends his body, evading his punches.

Ye Zong grew furious. He kept attacking Nie Li with different punches and kicks from all directions.

Nie Li would avoid them all by dodging or moving away from him.

"Not bad kid. This is getting interesting." Ye Zong says and merges with his demon spirit.

Ye Zong, after merging with his demon spirit, has black scales on his body with orange markings on them and a black tail with orange markings.

His demon spirit is called the Black Scaled Earth Dragon.

Ye Zong's physical strength increases and he becomes more faster.

Ye Zong again attacks Nie Li with a series of pumches and kicks from all directions.

In the middle, Ye Zong uses his tail to catch him but, Nie Li jumps back and dodges it.

"Do you want me to make it easy for you and close my eyes?" Nie Li asks, mocking Ye Zong.

And, it managed to anger Ye Zong successfully. He says "I have been taking it easy on you but, not anymore."

Ye Zong completely merges with his demon spirit. Till now, only his body transformed but, his face stayed the same.

When he completely merged with his demon spirit, his face also looked a lot similar to his demon spirit with black skin.

Ye Zong rushes at Nie Li again and tries to attack him from different directions in different ways.

He used his hands, legs and tail in unison to catch. him. Nie Li would just dodge by moving his body and jump back if needed.

Nie Li's father and the others who followed him were looking at the fight with eyes wide open.

The patriarch thought 'Even I wouldn't be able to fight like that. How is a kid this strong?'

The battle went on. Ye Zong lost his cool. He then crosses his hands above his head and breathes.

The sound of breathing could be heard from Ye Zong. He then breathes out black flames from his mouth.

Nie Li dodges it by jumping away from the place. 'He can use a move similar to amaterasu. Nice.' Nie Li thought.

The place where the flames touched, the floor corroded there.

Ye Zong throws flames till he gets tired. He starts to breathe heavily.

Nie Li says "And that's ten minutes. Good game, I had fun playing with you. Were you seriously trying to kill me?

So, since I won, Now your daughter is mine."

"I can't accept it. She is still small and doesn't know about you." Ye Zong says.

"So, you are going back on your word. Remember that you can't defeat me on your own and if you use your family to attack me, my family won't be silent.

Nie Li and his family then visited Yang Xin, Ning'er and Lanruo's family and spoke about the same.

They accepted the marriage. Nie Li's parents said that they would visit again with the Betrothal gifts and left.

After a week, the Sacred family and the Snow Wind family sent a message stating their approval.

Nie Li says to his father and other elders "Since I don't know about the things to do in a marriage.

I would like to leave it to you guys. Take someone from our family and buy all the things required.

Don't take anything for yourself, I will let you guys buy what you want after the marriage."

"Then, we have received an invitation to an auction by the Hong Yue family." The patriarch says.

He said "Buy all the things in the auction and show them to me before giving them.

"Yes" he replies and leaves the place.

He gets some demon spirits from a shop and heads to a room.

He sits down in front of the Nightmare demon pot and asks Asura "I have been wondering if it's use is only to refine demon spirits. What do you think?"

"I am not in a mood to think about that now." Asura replies.

"What else do you have to think about?" Nie Li asks.

"I know that buttterfly effect is a weird thing and we have experienced it quite a lot of times but, don't you think the things happening now are far too different from Nie Li's memories?" Asura says.

"It is bound to happen. I grew in power and the dark guild has also has changed its plans. Their enemies grew in numbers so now, they have infiltrated into the city in huge numbers.

"I think they are useless." Asura says.

"Then why don't you ise tour eyes on them." Asura says.

Asura asks "What's so great about it?"

Nie Li smiles and says "A soul fragment doesn't have a specific shape and often tends to adjust to any form available. That's what happened in your case."

"You are not thing of doing it right?" Asura asks.

"Asura, you are going to get new friends to talk to from now." Nie Li says.

Nie Li first adds in some demon spirits into the pot and forms some hand signs to channel his soul force into the pot.

The demon spirits in the pot immediately were destroyed.

Nie Li wasn't trying to refine demon spirits now. He focused on the pot completely.

Veins popped around his eyes. He observed the energy from the demon spirits flowing into the pot.

He also observed that the pot also decomposed the soul fragment in the spirits.

"This pot is a treasure indeed. This is the first time I have seen a soul fragment decompose." Nie Li says.

"Aren't they supposed to be impossible to destroy and only a God can harm or destroy any soul or soul fragment?" Asura asks.
