after this long conversation felix went to the hall directly , he don't want to be disqualified now 

when felix reached dawn city hall he was about 10 minutes early but it seemed he was one of the last to arrive.

many kids between the age of 14 and 17 were waiting, Felix was a bit surprised that older kids were there too 

felix did not wait long before a middle aged man looked at them with a smile in his face 

" before anything to say i will congratulate you kids on being accepted by our humanities most prideful and Prestigious institution, from now on you can be proud by this accomplishment until the end of your lives" 

every kid in the hall after hearing the middle aged man words was filled with pride which was obvious in their faces except a few which had no expression in their face as Felix 

but the kids expression flipped in a fast manner as the man continued talking 

" but in the same moment i want to send my condolence for you and your families as in these 5 years in the academy 50% at least will die and out of the other 50% only 20% will graduate "

" wait what do you mean by that " an arrogant kid spoke with load voice interrupting the middle aged man speech

the middle aged man looked at the kid and asked a employee to his right something before looking at the kid again and said 

" my name is landlorf eagnil the vice leader of the raging flame army till your parents to take revenge from me ' 

and just after these words a bright blade was released from his finger as it passes the air to the arrogant kid directly 

after that a load painful scream came from the kids mouth and blood filling the floor with two fingers on the floor

a medical team quickly interfered and took the kid and his two fingers from the floor 

" now no one is interrupting me lets continue , listen kids this is the last chance for any of you to quit i will give you 30 seconds to leave " 

after 30 second no one moved at all 

looking at this landlorf was happy and said " i will ask all of you to stand in the middle of this circle" 

everyone did what landlorf said to do 

" say welcome to a new chapter of your lives " when landlorf said those words the circle started shining heavily before all the students disappear in the thin air

Felix and the others had no time to react before all they know is that they are no more in the hall 

and one second later Felix was attacked by the urge to vomit but he stopped it in the time 

but not everyone like Felix a lot of the people around him vomited directly and just before smelling anything a huge water ball covered all of them removing any vomitus 

just then landlorf and 2 others appeared in front of everyone  

a tall women with a very tempting legs wearing a long red dress, even felix who have the heart of power that helped him to control his acts felt that this women's existence should be illegal 

long blue hair with an ocean blue eyes combined with the great curves that will awake a rock 

felix quickly regained his control before saying in a very dismissible voice " beauty as a sin if the hell can sing she will awake the dead " 

once he said those words he regret it directly as landlorf and the women looked at him with surprise 

" what a brave kid " landlorf said in his mind 

while the women took a deep look in Felix's eyes and asked " kid what's you name ? " 

Felix knew that he fucked up but still answers " Felix phoenix "

once he said that everyone around him looked at him with a strong gaze either the students or the landlorf and the women , even the another women that came with landlorf which was completely ignoring everyone looked at him strangely for a second before going back to he arrogant default mode. 

the sexy women from before smiled to his face before saying " i have high hopes for you " 

afterwards she looked at the arrogant women and said " you have chosen snow lionheart am i right ? how about a bet ?" 

" what bet Fiona? " the arrogant women asked with some anointment in her voice 

" in 3 moths when the ranking fight appear this kid will beat the shit out of your boy, how about that ?" 

" hmff Fiona he may be stronger than snow now but you must know that they are in two different levels and the difference will only grow " 

" what you don't dare ? " 

" i don't dare ? if you wish losing this much be my guest " 

" ahem ahem ladies you may forgot something " landlorf stopped the war between these two women before looking at the crowd and saying 

" everyone i will make it short we accepted this year about 200 student which will be classified into 3 classes , from the lowest norms class it will have 100 of you in it , first class it will have 70 and the last is the elite that will have the top 30 in the ranking , students that are here now are coming from dawn city in total of 20 student , someone depending on your ranking will come and introduce you to the academy campus but for now felix come with us "

Felix quickly left the place while receiving the envy and the unwillingness of others 

walking behind the three of them felix felt a huge pressure on his shoulders but quickly the heart of power removed all of the pressure 

the three of them were a bit surprised by that but non of talked except the women called fiona 

" ohh how did you do that ? even if we are not willingly exerting this pressure but this not something a normal person without cosmic energy can handle "
