Days later...

"Hey, Rin. You gonna come to eat or not?" Akiko asked.

"Nah... I've been having headache this days..." Rin answered.

"Hm? Are you okay?" Akiko asked.

"Yeah..." Rin answered.

"Well, I'm gonna go eat. Take a rest." Akiko said.

"Hm." Rin answered.

Hours later...

*BAM!!* a loud sound could be heard at Baratie.

"?! Is Baratie getting attack by pirates?" Rin asked herself.

She went outside and sees Zeff's room destroyed.

'L-luffy?' Rin thought when she sees Luffy getting drag into the restaurant by some chefs. 'It doesn't look like Luffy saw me...' Rin thought.

She entered Baratie to search for Akiko. After she found her, she drag her the "Wondering Wood" to talk to her.

"Why'd you drag me here?!" Akiko asked.

Rin look at Akiko with a serious face and said "Luffy's here."

Akiko raise an eyebrow and asked "So?"

Rin sighed and said "Nevermind... just stay on the ship for now."

"Why?" Akiko asked.

"Cause I said so." Rin answered.

Akiko look at Rin with annoyance before saying "Fine..."

Rin smile with satisfaction before putting on a cap and going to the back of the restaurant. When she arrives she sees Sanji smoking.

"Smoking is bad for your health." Rin said to Sanji.

Sanji look at Rin. "Is there anything I can do for you, Rin-chan?" He asked.

"I just wanna stay here for a while." Rin answered. She leaned over the railings and stare to the floating clouds above the sky.

"Are you okay?" Sanji asked.

Rin answer "Of course I'm okay." She smiled and ask "Why'd you asked?"

"Because you look like you're troubled by something." Sanji answered.

Rin smiles and said "I'm just worried about the next place I might go." She continue staring at the sky.

"..." Sanji look at Rin. "Is there something wrong with the place you're going?" He asked.

Rin close her eyes and think. "Hmm... who knows..." She opens her eyes and said "You should go back to work before Chef Zeff gets mad."

Sanji look at Rin. "Yeah... you're right." Sanji said before going back inside the restaurant. 'She look like she needs some time alone... better leave her for now.' Sanji thought.

About an hour later...

*Bang!* a loud gunshot is heard inside the restaurant.

'Gin's here.' Rin thought.

She sits down and lean her back to the railings.

About half an hour later...

Patty came and throw Gin to the ground.

Gin grumbles about something but it couldn't be heard.

"Who's that?" Rin asked.

"Just some crook that came out of nowhere." Patty answered. "If you're resting here, do you want me to throw him somewhere else?" He asked.

"Nah. Leave him there. I don't mind." Rin answered.

"If he woke up and disturb you, call for help." Patty said.

"Me? A bounty hunter calling for help just because of a crook?" Rin asked while smiling. A second later her smile disappeared. "No way." Rin said with a serious face.

"Hahahaha, that's a big pride you got there, bastard." Patty said.

'He's annoying.' Rin thought.

Patty went back inside the restaurant.

"You're starving aren't you?"

Rin look towards where the voice came from and saw Luffy on something like a balcony.

'I don't think he'll sees my face with my cap on.' Rin thought.

"Shut up! I'm the least bit hungry." Gin said.

Sanji came out the door with a plate of seafood fried rice and a glass of water. He placed it in front of Gin and sat down near him. "You're still sitting here, Rin-chan?" He asked.

"Yeah. I feel like staying a bit longer." Rin answered.

"Hm? Rin?" Luffy asked.

'Ah. I forgot...' Rin thought.

"Is that you, Rin!?" Luffy asked. He jumped off from the balcony to get a closer look at Rin.

'For a second I forgot Luffy's here...' Rin thought.

She took off her cap. She smiled and said "Looks like we meet again, Luffy."

"You know him, Rin-chan?" Sanji asked.

"Yes... more or less..." Rin answered.

Sanji look at Gin who is still stubbornly rejecting the meal he made. "Eat it. Don't act tough. I make food for anyone who's hungry." Sanji said.

Gin reluctantly accept Sanji's kindness and eat the plate of fried rice. After taking a few spoonful of rice, Gin said with teary eyes "It's delicious... Thank you... It's really delicious..."

"It's tasty isn't it." Sanji said.

Luffy grin and said "You're lucky. If it wasn't for that cook, you might die by now." He look at Sanji and asked "Hey Mr. Cook, wanna join my crew?"

"Crew?" Sanji asked.

"Yeah. My pirate crew." Luffy answered.

"Oh. So, you're a pirate." Sanji said to Luffy.

"Yeah. Join us!" Luffy said.

Sanji instantly answer "I refuse. I need to stay here."

"No! I refuse!" Luffy said.

"About what?" Sanji asked.

"I refuse your refusal." Luffy said.

Rin chuckled. "Well, I don't want to interfere whatever this is, so I'll go back to my ship." Rin said while ignoring their argument and walking away.

'I still need to re-thinks my plan to make sure it will work. I'm really worried... I hope I can talk some sense into Arlong...' Rin thought.
