The thing about private meetings were that they weren't really private. Zarracen could hear everything being said behind the large double doors. However, private chambers had clauses for those who stepped inside. The glyphs glowing on the walls around herself and the other guards on duty were meant to ensure their silence on what was to be decided here today. 

As the guards listened, a few of them frowned as Isabella spoke coming to an understanding likely on how deep the Exl issue went and how ineffective what the RIM were currently doing under Celeste's orders actually was. It was nice to see in real time how her hard work that wasn't violence coming to fruition. They nodded her head along in understanding silently discussing to themselves what they could do and the this upcoming raid would likely affect the capital itself. Which would in turn have them step up the internal protections at the castle.
