Few hours later..

Near Bug Nest.. (It's actually Bug hole).. A one dropship landed..

It unloaded ten soldiers.. But not any soldiers..

But Adeptus Astartes or Space Marines.

In blue colored armor, from Ultramarines Chapter to be precise..

All armed with Bigger version of Morita 1 Assault Rifle but some have long swords, short sword or even hammer as secondary weapon..

For instance their Morita 1 Assault Rifle's are simply much stronger than normal one's. Magazines can hold up to 200x rounds.

"Brothers our mission is simple, eliminate anything non-human and non-robot." Said a Space Marine who appeared to be leader of Ultramarines assigned to this mission.. As he slowly walked up to hole..

For simplicity sake we'll refer to leader as Astartes 1 and other Space Marines same but with different number..

Astartes 1 jumped into Bug hole but he was quickly followed by others.. A hole was only few meters deep. But as they were down they found remnants of scouts...

Of which are combined by both human and terminator parts after inspecting them they rushed through tunnel.. But they were soon ambushed by bugs but this time by Worker Bugs.

Worker Bugs are variants of Warrior Bugs, mostly used for creating tunnels,holes and nests.. They are of different color, but they are dangerous as normal Warrior Bugs..

But unfortunately for them, they ambushed a squad of Space Marines, they were dealt with. As Astartes are rushing through tunnel they are leaving corpses of bugs but soon they found that this tunnel is splitting into two. They split into two teams with 5x Astartes..

Let's follow 2nd team. They rushed through whole tunnel till they found a group of 100x Drone Bugs..

Drone Bugs are juvenile Warrior Bugs, thus making them weaker..

But this was also end of second tunnel...

*ROARS!! of dozens Drone Bugs was heard , as every 5x Astartes fired everything they had at the horde and are guarding only exist where Bugs can run to.. As their very own variant of M1 is stronger than normal, it can easily pierce through Royal Guard Bug, Tanker and Tiger Bugs, a weak Drone Bugs weren't match to such firepower.. ..

But because of their numbers and such small room. They managed to get close to Astartes but when they did their numbers were less than two dozen.. It was probably even bigger mistake.

As Astartes just casually switched their rifles to their secondary weapons and engaged bugs in physical fight..

As Astartes 6 switched his weapon to long-sword just before Drone Bug tried to slice at him with it's front legs. And he at such high speed cut of it's leg before cleanly cutting it clean of into two parts..

Astartes 7 switched to his Great Hammer before hammering Drone Bug just like a nail..

Astartes 8 switched two short-sword just dodging Bugs attack before stabbing it directly into it's open jaw, directly into it's eye..

And just in 10x more seconds all Drone Bugs from second path are dead...

"Sir, second path is clear. " Astartes 6 contacted Astartes 1..

"Good, re-join us." Commanded Astartes 1 before cutting communication

Meanwhile first team..

"Our brothers have already finished their tunnel, no sign of Brain Bug, do not drop your guard." Ordered Astartes 1 as he speed up along with others..

As they were rushing they found even more corpses of bugs and humans..

And soon they found the end of the tunnel and new room.. this one at least is large as 100x meters wide..

In the center of the room is a one disgusting bug, a Brain Bug around it are at least 10x Royal Guard Bug..

Royal Guard Bugs are also another variant of Warrior Bug with red color and more verocious than normal Warrior Bug, they normally found close to Brain Bugs or Queens themselves..

In front of Brain Bug itself are 2x Trooper lying in front of it and are pierced in their shoulders by 2x Royal Guard Bug to keep them pinned down..

IT WAS TRYING TO SUCK THEIR BRAINS OUT!! Before Astartes showed up.

"Fire!!" Shouted Astartes 1 as he aimed his rifle at 2x Bugs pinning Troopers.. Other Astartes followed his orders and 2x Bugs were showered by continous fire and two seconds later there is only bug pasta from it..

At their presence 7x other Royal Guard Bugs rushed at Astartes at speed faster than Drone Bugs or Warrior Bugs, but quality beats quantity in this battle..

Last Royal Guard Bug seeing such result it followed orders of Brain Bug to kill it.. But just as it was bout to swing it's front leg at Brain Bug it was killed by Astartes..

Brain Bug seeing this tried to use it's scream as last resort to kill of Astartes but just as it was about to scream it was also injected with liquid by Astartes 1 thus putting it to sleep...

"We captured Brain Bug,!" Communicated one Astartes through his com. But leader turned his head at the two Troopers who need medical attention soon..

"Astartes 2 and 3 pick up our guests we are leaving." Ordered Astartes 1

Dozens of dropships landed, unloading terminators , as they would create base at this coordinates to further expand no-bug zone..

Overview..

100,000x military personnel stationed at Sydney. Sydney is now heavily fortified city as it would occasionally be attacked by Hooper Bugs..

Hooper Bugs are flying bugs similar to Warrior Bugs in the shape of their head, they are green colored and their own wings can be used as an weapon..

An such attack could range from hundreds to thousands of Hopper Bugs.. The whole city is supplied by fleet and soon would make good supply route for other cities..

Plans for invasion of Canberra are already made, bug numbers in this city are ranging from 3,000x to 6,000x Bugs from which are ranging from Warrior Bugs, Tiger Bugs, Hooper Bugs and even Tankers..

Planned invasion would be set up into several parts.

1st Parts.. 300x Marauder Suit Troopers would be drooped from orbit in their Orbital Drop Suit directly at Canberra to again secure landing zones. After them 3,000 M1 Troopers would be transported through dropships followed by 100x T-1 and lastly 50x Space Marines..

While at the same time there would be launched offensive to take control of Outpost bases that were connecting Canberra with Sydney..
