"Judging Tribunal"

The crew of the Enterprise watched helplessly as an unknown spaceship dragged them through a wormhole into the orbit of an unknown planet.

Number 1: "Captain Pike, we got the sensors back.

We are in a different universe in the orbit of an unknown planet."

La'an: "Captain Pike, the containment field is around the Enterprise."

We can't get rid of it.

The containment field drains our energy and blocks most of our systems."

Spock: 'According to the position of the stars and galaxies, we are 1 billion years in the future.

I scanned the planet below us.

Around the planet are three disks consisting of pieces of ice.

The planet is 50% water and 50% land.

The water surface consists of 70% salt water (seas and oceans) and 30% freshwater (rivers and lakes).

The land surface consists of 30% forest and rainforest, 30% plains and green pastures, 20% mountain massifs, 10% savannah, and 10% desert."

Uhura: "Captain Pike, the communication signal is coming from an unknown spaceship.

The signal takes over our speakers system.

I can't block it."

An unknown male voice is heard on the speaker's trout Enterprise.

Unidentified male voice: "Captain Pike of the starship Enterprise.

You have 15 minutes before you are brought before the Tribunal.

You can take two more of your crew members with you."

Captain Pike: "Who are you!?

Where did you get the right to criminally kidnap us!!"

Uhura: "Captain Pike, they've cut off the signal."

Captain Pike: "Can we somehow break free of the energy field that is holding the Enterprise?"

Number 1; "Not yet.

Apart from life support, scanners, and basic survival devices, everything else was turned off on the Enterprise.

We have neither weapons nor propulsion."

Captain Pike was silent for a few moments and then he said.

Captain Pike: "Spock and La'an, you two are going with me to that Tribunal."

15 minutes have passed.

Captain Pike, La'an, and Spock are teleported by an unknown spaceship to the planet's surface.

The trio looked around.

They found themselves in the middle of a huge amphitheater.

Next to them were three chairs.

Seven people were sitting in front of them in the front part of the amphitheater.

One woman who was obviously of the highest position sat in the middle and on her left were three men and on her right were three women.

Behind them in the stands were a dozen people who were sitting quietly.

The woman sitting in the middle spoke.

Astrid: "My name is Astrid.

I am the chairman of the Tribunal.

You have been brought before this esteemed tribunal to answer charges of crimes in the quantum universes.

Sit down to hear the charges."

Captain Pike answered abruptly.

Captain Pike: "Who are you to criminally kidnap us like this!?

We are explorers, we are not the army or criminals!"

Astrid: "Captain Pike, we are the ones who have the power to bring you in, interrogate and judge you.

Please sit down and listen to the indictment from the prosecutor."

Captain Pike sat down in his chair in protest.

The prosecutor appeared in front of the Tribunal.

Prosecutor: "Honorable Tribunal, Captain Pike and the crew of the Enterprise have shown tremendous disrespect for quantum stability and quantum universes.

They broke the sacred rule of travel through quantum universes and time.

And it is; Just observe, don't influence.

They interfered and changed events in several universes and participated in the destruction of several universes."

Spock stands up to speak.

Spock: "We didn't destroy a single universe.

Moreover, we tried to prevent the destruction of the universe and deactivate the Neutron Quantum Bomb."

Prosecutor: "You were holding the ladder while the thief was stealing."

Spock: "It's not the same.

Why didn't you take the crew of the spaceship Raza into custody?"

Prosecutor: "So far we have not been able to reach them.

Be sure that they will be brought at the first opportunity before the Tribunal."

Prosecutor and Spock engaged in a logical argument for a while.

Meanwhile, Captain Pike was observing the surroundings.

Everything seemed somehow too perfect.

The temperature and humidity were perfect.

The surroundings were perfect like it was artificial maide

Captain Pike thinks for a moment and concludes that he needs a lot more information than he currently has.

Captain Pike stand up and said.

Captain Pike: "Dear Tribunal, we have traveled from afar and we are hungry and tired.

I would request a break for the next 24 hours."

Astrid: "You must not leave the planet.

I approve the break."

Astrid pressed the bracelet she had on her arm and the amphitheater disappeared.

What remained was a green meadow.

The tribunal and the spectators parted ways.

Captain Pike: "Spock and La'an, you two find out everything you can about the planet and these people."

La'an: "Yes Captain Pike."

Captain Pike hurried to catch up with Astrid.

After Captain Pike caught up with Astrid and he said to her.

Captain Pike: "Astrid, I am, as you know, new to this planet.

Do you know any good restaurants nearby?"

Astrid looked at Captain Pike with her green eyes and said.

Astrid: "We don't have restaurants as you know them.

But I could help you eat lunch."

Captain Pike: "That would be great.

I'd like the two of us to share lunch."

Astrid: "I would like to have lunch with you.

I must emphasize that there is no discussion of the ongoing case against you."

Captain Pike: "I'm so hungry there's no room in my head for anything but food."

Astrid smiled sweetly and motioned for Captain Pike to follow her.

The two of them walked five hundred meters after which they came to the lake.

Astrid pressed the bracelet and two chairs and a table appeared in front of them.

There were two glasses with liquid on the table.

The two of them sit on the chairs at the table.

Captain Pike: "Is this some kind of aperitif?"

Astrid: "No, it's our lunch.

The liquid contains all the nutrients we need.

I chose my favorite species.

A mixture of carrots, Swiss chard, banana, and lemon."

Captain Pike takes a sip of the nourishing liquid.

The taste was good.

Astrid and Captain Pike continued to eat lunch.

Captain Pike: "As far as I know, we are 1 billion years in the future.

In our time, of course.

Are you human beings?"

Astrid: "That's right.

We are a billion years into the future for you.

And yes, we are human beings.

Of course, there are some differences."

Captain Pike looked at Astrid who was a beautiful woman.

She had beautiful long wavy silver hair.

Sharp features, a slim body, long legs, and two beautiful emerald eyes."

Captain Pike: "A billion years is a lot.

How come you look like us?

How come you haven't changed more physically."

Astrid:'The human form is the perfect form.

Over the years, we have used technology to maintain the physical form that humanity has had since its inception.

Captain Pike: "Does that mean you live forever?"

Astrid: "Forever is a very long term.

We live in stages.

We spend the first two million years of our lives playing.

We spend the next two million years exploring the world and the universe.

We dedicate the next two million years to learning and education.

For the next two million years, we dedicate ourselves to serving the common good.

For the next two million years, we become leaders and mentors in our society.

After that comes the Election period.

Some decide to join the great thought. It is a planet where people slow down their life functions and connect to solve the issues of reality.

Some decide to go on a journey of pleasure.

Some decide to just exist without physical or mental influences.

It depends on each individual how they will spend the time of the Election."

Captain Pike was silent for a few moments and then said.

Captain Pike: "If I understand correctly, you are now in the leader phase."

Astrid: "That's right."

Captain Pike: "And I wouldn't give you more than two million years."

Astrid smiled sweetly.

The two continued to eat lunch.

After they had eaten, Captain Pike said.

Captain Pike: "This was a delicious lunch. Indeed, it's not what I'm used to, but it's a welcome change.

Speaking of change.

I would like to give you a chance and reciprocate with a delicious dinner.

Of course, I would need a kitchen and groceries.

Dinner time quickly arrived and Captain Pike saw Astrid walking towards him.

The two of them sit down at the table.

The appetizer was stuffed zucchini with carrots, celery, tomatoes, and parsley.

Baked in the oven.

Astrid: "This is extremely delicious.

I haven't eaten solid food in 5 million years."

After the appetizers, Captain Pike brings the main course.

Ravioli stuffed with chard and cheese in a white sauce of 4 types of mushrooms and white wine.

Astrid was delighted with the main course.

The seductive smells and tastes coming from the food played with her senses and danced in her body.

It's time for dessert.

Captain Pike brings Pana cotta topped with wild berries to the table.

The two lightly enjoyed dessert and chatted.

Astrid: "Dinner was incredibly delicious.

Someone rarely prepares food in this way in our society.

It is considered outdated and ineffective."

Captain Pike: "It was my pleasure to prepare dinner for you.

It is said that when you cook a meal and feed someone, you give a part of yourself."

Astrid: "Very tasty part."

The two laughed sweetly and agreed to meet again tomorrow evening for dinner.

Captain Pike came to the place where the Tribunal was.

The amphitheater was where it was yesterday.

The tribunal sat in its position, the prosecutor was in his position, and there were ten spectators in the stands.

La'an and Spock were sitting on chairs.

Captain Pike sat down in his chair.

La'an: "We explored the surroundings.

They are an incredibly advanced civilization.

They can manipulate matter.

Spock: "They are the descendants of humans.

Astrid spoke up.

Astrid: "Tribunal continues the process."

Prosecutor: "One of the examples of their tampering with reality is the guest appearance on Oprah Winfrey.

With his guest appearance on Oprah Winfrey, Captain Pike changed the reality and future of the entire planet and influenced countless lives."

Spock: "Those lives would have been destroyed if we hadn't acted."

Prosecutor: "Their lives were ruined because you reacted and intervened."

Spock: "We saved humanity from extinction with our reaction."

Prosecutor: "With your reaction, you changed the course of the history of a planet and the universe."

Prosecutor and Spock continued their logical discussion.

It was time for lunch and Astrid scheduled a break until tomorrow.

La'an and Spock went to further explore the planet and Captain Pike went to prepare dinner.

Dinner time has come.

Astrid and Captain Pike sat down at the table.

For an appetizer, they ate caprisante clams in a sauce of white wine, garlic, parsley, cognac, breadcrumbs, and several types of spices.

After the appetizers, Captain Pike brought the main course.

On a bed of rucola salad were white fish carpaccio, shrimps and prawn meat, sherry tomatoes with orange and lemon dressing, and olives and Aurora sauce.

Astrid: "You give the best and tastiest part of you."

Captain Pike laughed with satisfaction and said.

Captain Pike: "I was initially skeptical that I would get the original taste.

But this matter converter replicates ingredients perfectly."

Astrid: "In our world, there is no need for animals and plants to suffer because of our diet."

Captain Pike: "Are you telling me that suffering and pain don't exist in this world?"

Astrid: "That's right."

It was time for dessert.

Astrid did not hide her enthusiasm for the dessert.

Astrid: "Of course.

It will be my pleasure to try another part of you."

The two laughed sweetly.

After dinner, they went for a walk along the lake.

Tomorrow morning, the Tribunal continued with the proceedings.

Astrid: "The prosecutor has the floor."

Prosecutor: "One of the most blatant examples of your negligence and disrespect for time travel and quantum universes is your upgrading of the Mark 3 ship and artificial intelligence.

Your tampering has caused an entire universe to be altered in a direction uncharacteristic of that universe and its inhabitants."

Spock: "We have helped the needy in need and, even though Mark 3 is artificial intelligence, that does not prevent us from assisting where needed.

And that changed the universe we visited and if it's a bad change that Klingon warriors became traders, then we agree to that change."

Prosecutor: "It's not up to you to make that decision."

Spock and the prosecutor continued their discussion.

It was lunchtime and Astrid called a break until tomorrow morning.

Captain Pike went to make preparations for the evening meeting with Astrid.

Astrid came over for dinner and the two listened to a concert after a delicious dinner.

Astrid did not hide her delight for food and music.

Astrid: "What is the name of this beautiful music?"

Captain Pike: "We call it classical music.

This is a performance of a piece called, The Magic Flute.

From a brilliant young composer."

Astrid: "This music connects me to him.

He tells the story of his feelings and thoughts through music."

Captain Pike: "Music connects us all universally."

Astrid: "We are all connected in so many ways."

Captain Pike: "Perhaps the two of us are very distantly related."

Astrid: "Of course we are.

Every human being is related through genes."

Astrid and Captain Pike continued to chat pleasantly and spend the evening together.

Tomorrow morning in the amphitheater in front of the Tribunal.

Astrid: "The prosecutor has the final word."

Prosecutor: "In the course of the proceedings so far, it has been undoubtedly proven that Captain Pike and the crew of the Enterprise represent a danger to quantum universes and time travel.

Therefore, I request that the starship Enterprise be destroyed, and Captain Pike and his crew settle in this universe on a planet of their choosing, and be banned from all future travel through time and quantum universes."

The prosecutor finished his presentation.

Astrid: "Captain Pike, you have the right to present your defense."

Captain Pike: "I need a few items from the Enterprise and a 24-hour break to get everything ready."

Astrid authorized the delivery of the necessary items from the Enterprise to Captain Pike and called a 24-hour break.

Dinner time has come.

Astrid and Captain Pike met for dinner.

Captain Pike prepared several types of cheese topped with olive oil and herbs for the appetizer.

For the main course, he prepared a salad of 12 types of vegetables and 7 types of fruit topped with 1001 island sauce.

For dessert, they ate ice cream topped with hot chocolate and cherries.

Captain Pike called the dessert, Raw Passions.

After dinner, they went for a walk and enjoyed each other's company.

Tomorrow morning.

Astrid: "The tribunal is in session.

Captain Pike, you have the floor."

Captain Pike stood up.

He was dressed in an unusual uniform.

Captain Pike: "Esteemed Tribunal, are you familiar with the hologram technology we have on the Enterprise?"

Astrid: "We are familiar with the systems on your ship."

Captain Pike: "I wrote our defense.

The presentation will take a little longer.

I would like you, dear Astrid, to join me in the presentation."

Astrid agreed.

Astrid and Captain Pike stood side by side in the middle of the amphitheater.

Captain Pike pressed the bracelet.

The environment changes.

-First day.

Astrid and Captain Pike found themselves surrounded by low single-story buildings.

They were standing in the mud and the smell of burning could be felt in the air.

The sky was cloudy and gloomy.

Suddenly a soldier approached Captain Pike.

Hans: "Captain Pike, our transport is ready.

We need to go immediately."

Captain Pike: "Of course Hans.

Let's go to the truck."

Captain Pike and Hans head for the truck.

Astrid followed them.

Suddenly, a soldier ran up to Astrid and started shouting.

Soldier: "Where are you going!?

Get back to work!?"

Astrid was confused for a few moments.

No one ever yelled at her or looked at her that way.

Astrid: "I don't know what's going on here.

You must not treat me like this."

Astrid turned and went after Captain Pike.

The soldier raised his rifle from his shoulder and hit Astrid in the head with the weapon.

Astrid lost consciousness.

Captain Pike got into the truck with Hans.

The truck headed outside the camp.

On his way out of the camp, Captain Pike looked at a sign that said, Auschwitz.

Hans: "The journey to the meeting place will take until late in the evening."

Captain Pike: "It is best to sleep, to rest."

The evening has come.

Astrid regained consciousness.

Next to her was a woman who was putting a bandage on her forehead.

The woman spoke.

Woman: "My Sandra, you have always been disobedient.

That soldier could have killed you.

We have to listen to what we are told, so we will survive."

Astrid: "I'm not Sandra.

What's going on here?

Why did he turn off security settings?

I want no part of this."

Astrid grabbed her arm which had her bracelet on it.

There was no bracelet.

Woman: "My Sandra, you are raving because of the hit to the head."

Astrid got out of bed and went out of the room.

Two soldiers meet her at the exit of the room.

Soldiers: "Where did you go?

Go back.

Your shift starts in 15 minutes."

Astrid: "I don't want to take part in this."

Astrid walks out of the building.

The soldiers grab her and start beating her.

Astrid was beaten for the first time in her life.

The soldiers had no mercy towards her.

Astrid loses consciousness from the force of the blows and the pain.

- Day two.

Astrid woke up in the mud, all dirty and bruised.

A woman was next to her who picked her up and said.

Woman: "Sandra, get up quickly.

Let's get back to work.

The soldiers beat you up last night and left you here in the mud."

Astrid looked around.

Captain Pike was nowhere in sight.

The woman pulled Astrid twenty meters away.

In front of her was a cart.

Two women brought dead naked human bodies and placed them on a cart.

The woman motioned for Astrid to start pushing the cart with the dead bodies.

Astrid felt sick from the bottom of her stomach, she turned around and vomited everything out.

The soldier went to Astrid.

Soldier: "What is happening here!?

Why is there a standstill."

Woman: "Sandra is not well.

She needs a break."

The soldier looked at Astrid and said.

Soldier: "Get on with your work right now or you're going back to the mud without dinner, and I will beat the hell from you."

Astrid saw in the soldier's eyes that she meant nothing to him.

Astrid catches the cart with the dead bodies and starts pushing.

After a few steps, Astrid faints.

Captain Pike entered a room where there were several generals and members of the Nazis.

Captain Pike sat down at the table, and Hans sat down next to him.

The general began to speak.

General: "Adolf Hitler is leading our country to ruin.

He must be stopped."

Captain Pike: "In four days, Adolf Hitler is giving a speech in a theater.

It's a great opportunity for us to plant a bomb and kill him."

General: "Captain Pike, in your hands, is the preparation for the assassination of Hitler.

Let me know immediately when Hitler is killed so that I can write an order for the immediate abolition of the concentration camps and the release of all prisoners from the camps."

The gathered welcome the prepared plan.

General: "The meeting is over."

- Day three.

Astrid woke up in the mud.

She was all dirty and hungry.

The woman sat down next to her and took out a small piece of bread for Astrid to eat.

Woman: "Let's go Sandra back to work."

Astrid and the woman went to the cart that contained the dead bodies.

Astrid pushed the cart 50 meters away in front of a huge incinerator.

A man would open the oven door and they would throw the dead bodies into the oven.

All day long, Astrid pushed a cart with dead bodies to the incinerator.

In the evening she got dinner.

It was boiled water with traces of vegetables.

Captain Pike traveled to a town where Adolf Hitler was giving a speech.

- Day four

Astrid woke up in bed.

She was dirty and smelled.

She immediately remembered where she was.

Questions ran through her head.

Was Captain Pike kidnapped her?

Is she transferred to another reality?

Her stomach started to rumble.

She was hungry.

The woman motions for her to go to breakfast.

They had a piece of bread and water for breakfast.

After breakfast, they go to work.

All day, Astrid pushed a cart with dead bodies to the incinerator.

For dinner, she got a piece of bread and soup with a piece of meat and a piece of vegetable.

It was the best soup she had ever eaten.

She felt gratitude inside her.

Captain Pike arrived at the location where Adolf Hitler was to give a speech.

He and Hans took a good look at the location and agreed on the details of the plan.

- Day five.

Sandra got bread and tea for breakfast.

After breakfast, she went outside to push a cart with dead bodies to the incinerator.

Sandra knew that if she worked hard, she would get something to eat and that the soldiers would not beat her.

Captain Pike prepared a bomb and mounted it under the chair on which Adolf Hitler was supposed to sit.

- Day six.

All day Sandra pushed a cart with dead bodies that kept coming.

In the evening she went to bed all tired.

She didn't even think about everything that was happening to her.

She was so tired that she fell asleep immediately.

Captain Pike was in the theater where the Nazis had gathered.

Adolf Hitler came.

He didn't sit on the chair where the bomb was.

Hans and Captain Pike saw that they had no choice and activated the bomb.

The explosion shook the entire theater.

Smoke was everywhere.

After a few moments, Captain Pike saw Adolf Hitler alive behind the table.

Captain Pike took out his gun to shoot him.

Before he could pull the trigger on his gun, the balcony above him fell on Captain Pike.

Captain Pike was dead.

-Day seven.

Sandra worked hard all day.

She was hoping to get that great soup from last night for dinner.

In the evening, a soldier came to Sandra and said.

Soldier: "Come on Sandra, you're going to take a shower."

Sandra looked at the soldier as her savior.

She was so dirty and she was happy to finally take a shower.

Sandra entered the room where they stripped her naked.

She was crammed into a room with 50 other people.

People were naked and scared.

Sandra was cornered in the room.

The door to the room closes.

Gas started coming out of the showers.

Sandra was curled up on the floor and watched people suffocate.

Her lungs were filled with gas.

She was running out of air.

Life oozed out of her.

Darkness arose.

Astrid opened her eyes.

Captain Pike got down on the floor and helped her up from the floor.

Astrid looked around.

She was in the middle of the amphitheater.

The stands of the amphitheater were expanded for hundreds of thousands of seats where hundreds of thousands of people sat and silently looked at her and Captain Pike

Captain Pike spoke.

Captain Pike: "Honorable Tribunal, I request a three-day break."

Tribunal: "We approve the break."

A few hours later, Captain Pike came to visit Astrid.

Astrid let him in.

She was lying in bed.

Captain Pike prepared to eat.

Captain Pike spent the next two days taking care of Astrid.

On the third day, Astrid watched the part where Captain Pike tried to kill Hitler.

After watching, Astrid was silent for a while and then said.

Astrid: "I understand why you did all this."

The Tribunal met tomorrow.

Captain Pike along with La'an and Spock were sitting on chairs in the amphitheater.

There were hundreds of thousands of people around them in the stands.

Astrid began to speak.

Astrid: "Tribunal has made a decision."

Suddenly Captain Pike stood up and asked to speak.

Astrid signaled that Captain Pike could speak.

Captain Pike: "Before pronouncing the decisions, I would like to say a few words.

You are walking along the road and you see a man who has fallen to the floor.

Of course, you will run to help the man up.

You will see if he is injured and give him help if necessary.

Did you influence the flow of time with that act?

Did you affect the quantum universes with that act?

I honestly don't know.

I don't even care.

There is no such law and the quantum universe that will take away my right to help when needed.

It is our free will.

This is what makes us human beings.

That's the best of us and in us."

A few moments passed.

Astrid spoke up.

Astrid: "This Tribunal has concluded that Captain Pike and his crew are acquitted of all charges.

Enterprise will be freed and you can continue your travels wherever you wish.

The crowd started cheering in approval.

Astrid waited a few moments and said.

Astrid: "I would also add that it would be an exceptional honor for us if you stayed as our guests for a while."

Tribunal dispersed, and people began to leave the amphitheater.

Captain Pike signals for the trio to teleport to the Enterprise.

On the Enterprise Bridge.

Number 1: "Captain Pike, we have regained full control of the Enterprise.

The protective field is gone."

Captain Pike: "Any signs of quantum signals and quantum coordinates?"

Spock: "There's nothing on the scanners."

Captain Pike: "Then we are guests in this universe until further notice.

Time for the crew to get a much-needed Rock and Roll break."

The crew cheered with approval at Captain Pike's words.

In the meantime.

The year is 1944.

On planet Earth in Auschwitz.

Sandra has just been stripped naked and pushed into a room with 50 other people.

The door of the room closed.

Gas started coming out of the showers.

Suddenly everything flashes around Sandra.

Sandra closed her eyes for a moment and opened them again.

She and 50 other people from the gas chamber stood in an unknown room.

A woman is heard speaking loudly.

Astrid: "My name is Astrid.

I teleported you to my spaceship.

I know you are scared and confused.

There are clothes and food for you.

First, get dressed, then eat, and then l will talk to you and I'll answer all your questions."

People started dressing in the clothes that were nearby.

Sandra took a few steps and approached the window.

Planet Earth could be seen from the window.

Suddenly everything flashes and the spaceship enter quantum jump.
