30.A Ground Shattering Fight

Kate and Kara both stand ready against a fear gassed Red Death as we see him glaring back at what he thinks is the Black Flash, his fear overcoming his mind..he wasn't just afraid he was angry..he was in so many ways

The very thing he thought he killed so long ago was miraculously now back to finish what he had started since their last encounter..well he wasn't about to go through that again; this time things would be different..this time he would protect the people he cares about, this time..he'll stop the Black Flash

Kate was getting more hesitant by the second as she didn't want to hurt him..but in his current state; he was in no way able to just talk things out..he saw how he pulled his punches during his fight against the other Reverse Flash..whoever or whatever he was seeing meant that the gloves were off

Kate:Kara whatever you do..don't pull your punches

Kara turned her head back to Kate like she was crazy

Kara:I could kill him, Kate!

Kate:Trust me when I say this..I know that look in his eyes, he will kill you without any hesitation

Kara didn't really what had happened to Erick since his time away with Kate, but right now wasn't a time to be jealous..now was a time to survive as she possibly could; she remembers fighting against Barry during the invasion..if there was one thing you don't do is underestimate a speedster

Before Kara could even have a chance to even say anything she was met by a hard uppercut by Red Death as the force of the hit was hard enough to send her flying up into the air as Red Death grabbed her leg and practically flung her through a building as the hybrid set his eyes on Kate

His hands sparked with red lightning as he roared out in rage as he held out his hands as red lightning came out of his fingertips, Kate was quick as she rolled to her right barely avoiding the lightning as she fired several arrows towards Red Death

He dodged most of them as he caught the last arrow and just glared at Kate as she waved her hand, the arrow exploded right in his face as he fell back; she had to change her weapons if she was going to survive this or she'd end up in Valhalla

Red Death flips himself back to his feet as he runs in and jumps up into the air as he brings down his fists as the ground in front of him sends a shockwave as Kate stumbles back; the Goddess of Thunder is punched in the stomach as she retaliates by throwing a right hook towards Red Death but he counters it and blocks it

Kate's eyes widen in complete shock as Erick knees her the stomach and grabs her by her hair as he brings his knee up to her face as Kate falls back as she wipes the blood from her mouth as Red Death is struck by heat vision by Kara as it hits him right in the chest

He groans in pain as he goes flying back and crashes through a building window, Kara sighs in relief as she flies over and lands next to Kate and helps her to her feet as she notices the blood

Kate:I'm fine..let's just focus on stopping him

Kara doesn't say anything as she just nods her head agreeing with Kate, the Girl of Steel hears Red Death running towards them but this time she's ready as she flips him over just in time but he lands on his feet as he clenches his fists and punches her to the ground

Kate comes in and tackles Red Death so hard the two Asgardians go flying through the air as they land in a construction site, Red Death spots a chain as he grabs it and twirls it around as it wraps around Kate's arm but she quickly yanks it to her as she pulls Red Death over to her as her eyes spark with purple lightning

She claps her hands together sending a wave of lightning at Red Death as he screams out in pain, Kara comes out from above and punches Red Death to the ground as she just begins to punch him harder and harder into the ground as she uses her heat vision to pull him down further into the ground

Red Death stops one of her hands and kicks her away as he falls to his knees and slowly looks back up with anger and fear in his eyes as he gets back up; a spear made out of pure lightning goes through his left shoulder as he fights through the pain as he turns around seeing Kate wielding a blade of energy

He grits his teeth as he forcefully rips the spear from his left shoulder and throws it back at Kate, she catches it mere inches away from her face as she looks up and sees Red Death come in and jumps up as he cracks her across the face as hard as he possibly can

A small shockwave shakes the construction site as Kate hits the ground, the speedster turns around just in time to see Kara flying right at him as he phases through her as the Girl of Steel goes through a mere gust of wind

She's grabbed by her cape and is forcefully slammed back and forth repeatedly against the ground like a ragdoll as Red Death tosses her aside like nothing but she refuses to go down that easily as she gets back and flies in full speed as Red Death but he slams his foot against a metal beam as it hits her in the chest stopping her

Red Death grabs two big metal cylinders with one in each hand as he just goes in and starts to lay into the Girl of Steel, he hits the face the left metal cylinder and does the same with the right one

He brings them both down to crush her but she puts her hands up and stops as she fires her heat vision at Red Death pushing him back, seeing her opening she uses her freeze breath to incase his feet in ice and combines both of her fist and hits him with a mighty uppercut

Kate jumps in and tackles Red Death from behind as Kara flies in and reels back her fist as it hits Red Death right in the face so hard his cowl comes off revealing Erick's face as the speedster still stands, his blood was sliding down his mouth as he spits some out

Kate:Quick hold him!

Kara quickly rushes over and puts Erick into a headlock as she struggles to hold him back, Kate hands course with purple lightning as she puts them on the sides of Erick's face as she electrocutes him as Erick screams out in excruciating unrelenting pain

Erick vision begins to change around him..everyone around him was dead..their bodies either torn apart or just cut down but what hurt most of all is that he saw Kate and Kara begging Erick to help them but he couldn't..he was powerless to do anything..he was too

His eyes glow red as the energy from inside of him builds up as he begins to absorb Kate's lightning, the two powerful are thrown back by a massive explosion of red and black lightning as the force of the blast sends them flying through multiple buildings as the entire construction site is incinerated to nothing but dust

Kate barely manages to get back up to her feet as she looks down seeing Kara out cold from the explosion as she hears Erick growing closer as she closes her eyes and focuses

Kate:All Father give me strength..

Her once vibrant eyes change to purple lightning as her entire body flows with a fraction of her true power as she walks back into the streets as she sees Erick's entire body flowing with red and black lightning; two beings of tremendous power..only tapping into a mere fraction of their true power

The lights around them flickered, the ground they stood on shook like an unstoppable earthquake..this was entirely different fight for Kate and Erick..it was the battle of the strongest beings known to mankind itself
