Citizenship

The day my foster dad was leaving, I had told him my plan. He actually thought it was an amazing idea. He said that way I didn't need to waste my time and would have a job.

For some reason, when I lost my citizenship. My account was permanently frozen. So now that I had a way of living my foster dad was happy.

He said that even him, the owner of a multiple billion dollar company, couldn't do anything as only High level hunters have a real say in America.

This happened because of Thomas Anderson. His guild can even challenge American authorities. This made the other guilds gain more power than the rest.

So even though my foster dad owns a multi billion dollar business he couldn't help me. Well I guess this is how this world works.

Then that same day I visited Cha Hae-In. I needed her to do me a favor. So I decided the best choice is to ask her at the Dojo while sparring.

Luckily she was in today. There I greeted the dojo master. His name is Song Chi-Yul.

"Hello Song Chi-Yul, is Cha Hae-in here?" I asked

"Yes, she is, can I ask why you are here? Are you here to ask her out, maybe?" He teased

"No, but I'm here for a really important favor"I said

"May I know the favor?"he asked

Then I explained my situation to him. He seem to have understand and why I need to ask Cha Hae-in for a favor.

"Wow, it must be hard. You lost everything basically. I call here here quickly." He said

Then he called Cha Hae-in to this room. She seem to be in training clothes. She seemed shock that I was here.

"Hi, Licht! How have you been?"she said

"Im find now but I need to ask you for a favor"I said

"Sure, as long as it not unreasonable" she said

"Well, it might be a little unreasonable. Since we known each other just for for then a month"I said

"Non sense, you are an important person to me and we known each other for longer than 3 years. Come on just tell me the favor" she said

"Well can you grant me Korean citizenship, please? But before you say anything let me explain"I said

Then I explained what happened. She was actually seemed worried for me as I told her the story. Then she smiled as she seem to have thought of something.

"Of course, I'll repay you back. As you know I'm an awakener at least of A rank and a kendo master. So just name your price" I said

"No, it fine I'll do it. You don't need to paid me. Just when I ask for a favor, please accept it." She said

"Really? If that's fine with you. But still I rather repay you some how. How about I join your guild?" I said

"Well that's fine, after all you seem like a rather powerful awakener." She said

"Thank you"I said

Then me and Cha Hae-in, started talking about other things. We enjoyed our time together and she said that she'll get it done by tomorrow. Then I left and headed to my hotel room.

-Next Day-

*Knock Knock*

I heard a knock on my door. I had just woken up, so I was still tired. Then I open the door, I saw Cha Hae-in standing their. She had this package.

"Good morning, come in. Do you want anything for breakfast?I asked all tired

"Morning, and breakfast sounds nice" she said walking in my room

Then she sat down and I started cooking. Then we started talking as it was an open kitchen.

"So is that package what I think it is?" I asked

"Yep, it all your legal documents. Congratulations you are now a Korean citizen" she said

"Ha, thank you. I really mean it, with out you having done that, it would have been really rough for me"I said

"It wasn't a problem, after all I'm a S ranker. I also set up an evaluation appointment for today. We are going to get you evaluated today" she said

"Oh really! Thanks for that. Now I can become a hunter faster and start to make money" I said thankful

"No problem, don't hesitate to ask me for favors in the future" she said

"Will do, and breakfast is ready"i said

It was a simple America breakfast but it was special. During Licht vacation, he picked up on cooking techniques. This breakfast I dare say rivals that of Gordon Ramsay.

Cha Hae-in was really enjoying her breakfast. I could easily read her expression, this was probably one of the best breakfast she had. Then we talked for a while about life and I think I even made her blush.

Then it was time to head to the Hunter Association for the evaluation. We went together as she was currently on a break and had free time.

Last night I got a call from Cha Hae In. This was a rare occurrence so I answered. She wanted to use her authority as an S ranker to grant someone citizenship.

His name is Licht Bach, and apparently he lost his citizenship as he was gone too long from his home country.

I looked over his file. I had to say I was impressed. He not only is smart but also extremely skilled in Kendo, as he was the youngest kendo master in the world.

So I accept, but she also asked for an evaluation room for tomorrow. This was probably meant for him, I wonder what his rank is going to be.

I accept all her demands but I told her that I would also be meeting him. That he should find him just using her, I shall throw him out myself, I said.

While I was waiting, it seem that Choi Jong-in arrived. We talked for a while, he said that Cha Hae in was using her vacation days for this. However he said that she can have the days off instead but she has to tell him the reason.

She told him and it seems he got curious about him. I also learn a little about his awakening. It seems he is at least A rank and is a power type.

Then the doors open. The man of the hour entered. I could sense him. He is not an A ranker. No he is strong.

I have met a lot of S rankers in my life. Only few could compare to me but this man was beyond my level.

He is at least that of a national level. We don't even need to take the test, I can just give it to him but I was curious of his abilities.
