After trying to concentrate for an unknown amount of time, I felt a soft burning sensation in my belly. It filled me up with energy. I tried circulating it, but it was a lot harder that I expected. I had to stay concentrated while doing that, which is a tall task considering my imagination goes off and I start to think about random shit. The most I could do was 10 minute intervals. The system, seeing that I utterly suck, decided to intervene.

Ding: It would help if you focused on your chakra... and also make sure you look at your forehead, as it helps one focus on meditation.

I tried what the system said, and it was a helped a lot. From 10 minute bursts to 1 hour intervals, I made significant progress.

A tick mark appeared on my forehead. I have a love-hate relationship with the system.

3 months later...
