It was already 12pm but everywhere was still cold. The cells were more cold Kai didn't have much clothes on so he was cold. He could see his breath he rubbed his arms and hands together and all over his body to warm himself up. He left home to get drunk he felt he didn't need much fabric because he was going to have alcohol anyway which he felt could warm him up. so he dressed sparsely. *sigh* Kai regretted his actions. Trying to steal from a celebrity is the most stupid thing anyone could ever think of. "I guess I'm really stupid" he muttered in frustration"Yes you are" A police officer who was sitting by walked towards his cell and unlocked it. The officer had an ugly smirk on his face which made Kai feel like he was looking at him like a criminal. Who was he kidding he's actually a criminal. "The victim is here to see you" "What victim????" Kai looked confused, he only remembered stealing a laptop not attempting to murder anyone.

"You'll see" walking behind the officer Kai saw Merrick sitting across from an officer, he wore a black pant, he had a trench coat over a grey turtleneck shirt made out of wool and a thick scarf was loosely wrapped around his neck. He had an icy look compared to the flirty look he had when he saw him in the morning but he still looked handsome. He looked completely different from from what he remembered.

Kai sat on the chair across Merrick.

Merrick looked up at him, he was looking at him suspiciously. ' I'll give it to you that you're right to suspect me'

"You're free to go home" "I am?"Kai asked his brows raising up. He had his doubts

"Yes or do you like staying in here?" Merrick looked at him his expression not changing giving kai the notion that he was serious "N-n-no thank y...."

"On one condition"

He was cut short.

Kai leaned on the hard cold metallic chair he sat on crossing his legs he tilted his head to the side and smiled he was pissed enough already this was the so called idol who freya's been wasting his money on and here he was trying to save his *ss with a condition.

"I knew it wasn't that easy..... what do you want" he was so straightforward. Merrick liked it the side of his mouth lifted up into a smirk. He pushed his fingers through his hair with one hand making a few strands fall into his face and with the other he pushed what looked like a piece of paper to Kai. This movement made him look dashing.

Kai took the paper "what is this"

"A contract"

They both became silent

"..."

"..."

"What am I supposed to do with it" Kai broke the silence when he had enough of it.

"You're supposed to read it and then sign it..... But you can just skip the latter and get the signing over with."

"..."

"..." Silence again

Kai was reading through the contract with different facial expressions... One could make a full expression package with the expressions he had on his face....

Slamming the papers on the table in front of Merrick while standing at the same time Kai yelled at him "you're sick"

"..." Merrick just looked Straight at him with his legs crossed and hands folded

"How can you try to do that to someone?"

"Do what?"

"S-stop acting like you don't know what I'm talking about" leaning over to him he whisper yelled "How can you ask a man to go on a date with you anytime you want and anywhere?That sounds absurd" kai exclaimed in disbelief

"I know" Merrick replied unfazed

"You've got to be kidding me, I'm not doing it"

"Looks like you prefer staying in a cold cell Mr kai" He said addressing him formally for the first time.

"Why do you say that"

"I can keep you here in prison for the rest of your life with charges of theft"

"How are you going to do that?"

"I believe by now you know who I am, I can use my power and influence to keep you here" he paused for a while to see kai was understanding what he was saying and continued when he was sure he understood

"Or you agree to my terms and conditions and leave this hellhole this very moment"

He signed the papers it is a twelve months agreement. He was going to have to do anything this man wants for a year and his needs would also be supplied by this man in front of him as stated in the contract. It was a tempting offer anyone could have agreed to it without even thinking twice. But he was a straight man with a girlfriend not a homosexual not he definitely isn't gay and he is not bisexual either.

How can he let an opportunity to hook this person slip away so easily merrick thought as he smiled to himself... he already made up his mind to rope him when he saw him taking his laptop away in the morning.

Kai was flabbergasted how can someone act so shamelessly like it was a normal thing, he has to do it he was given no choice there's no way out of this.

This was all because of the stupid action he took .

He signed the papers it is a twelve months agreement. He handed the papers over to Him when he finished signing it. He shot daggers at him when he saw him smiling.

"How can you be so shameless?" Kai was pissed he killed Merrick with his eyes but merrick still had that pretty smile on his face.

"I'll see you when I need you" he stood up ready to leave

"Get home safely goodbye" with that he turned around to leave

Kai put his face on his hands he was frustrated "what have I gotten myself into?"
