30. Death

After short while, Sakumo decided to leave. Hoseki sat down on his bed browsing his item.

Hoseki looks at his new item.

In past last months, there has not been any new item except a few new item. For past months, his sign in only produced pills and potions and some other existed item like iguanas and a new vest.

His daily sign production sometimes not give him enough as he always sign in at 2 star places. As for 3 star, the was not much he can find. And for 4 star, don't even mentioned it. In the whole village he only found 3 so far.

His daily sign usually produced item to build his body strength and his chakra. Other than that was hardly obtain. As his body going stronger, his consumption was increased. On the end he hardly have enough pills and potion even with daily sign in.

However, the lack of supplements didn't stop Hoseki from his training. They were just supplements. He still can increase his strength by training as normal. Of course not in the same pace with the additional supplement.

Hoseki also learn how to balance his training and eating supplement as he don't want his training too depend on supplement.

After some thinking, Hoseki decided to use the tome of knowledge. He found crafting is beneficial for his seal study as it might compatible with the fuinjutsu. He wanted to build something with the combination of item and seal.

Before using the tome, Hoseki once again read the description to prepare if he going to need something or do anything for it.

After short while, he clicked on the tome.

[Host will be put into deep sleep to absorb the knowledge]

[Proceed with installation?]

Hoseki looked at the notification and decided to accept it. Either way, he was in hospital and recuperating his body. Some sleeps might not suspicious situation for exhaust person.

"Proceed"

[Processing]

[Calculating brain capabilities.. ]

[Calculating complete. Installing...]

[Host will be sent to sleep for 72 hours]

[Proceed in 5..4..3...]

"That long? " Hoseki shocked seeing the duration. He thought he only need one day deep sleep.

[..2...1..]

[Installing knowledge started]

With that Hoseki fell to deep sleep.

" What is going on now? " The third hokage sat on a cushion asking Tsunade about Hoseki.

It had been 2 days after Hoseki was fell in deep sleep. Hiruzen had been noticed when Hoseki had woke up days ago. And now he fell into deep sleep was worrisome event.

" Sensei, He might just needed some rest. His body shows nothing abnormal and only exhausted from the past event." Even she was called Princess or Sannin by the outside world. In front of her teacher she still treated him with respect.

"Sigh.. This boy mysteriously missing for a month, not even leaving any traces. If this happened to those big family, they might had created big ruckus for village."

"Our village's safety will be questioned. So we need to know what had happened to him. Besides, I still had a debt with his parents" Hiruzen said with dejected face.

"Debt? His parents? Didn't they died in war? There were many people died in war. Why specifically him?" Tsunade aware of Hoseki's parents death but when Hiruzen said he had debt with them, he aroused her curiosity.

"They were on different secret mission.... Haizz let stop here. Inform me when he wakes up." Hiruzen stopped halfway and stood up leaving Tsunade room.

A day went with flash.

Hoseki finally woke up after sleeping for three days. He felt like dreaming something about blacksmith, tinkering and sculpturing. A lot of information come and goes around his head.

Fortunately, he didn't have any headache as they were more like random information. They need to be sort later on or might just surface when he needs them.

"Cluck" his ward's door opened and Tsunade walked in.

"Hey boy, you even cause trouble without getting out. You had been sleeping for three days now. How do you feel?" Tsunade ask him while doing a check up.

"Three days?.... Haha hehehe... I might be too tired?" Hoseki scratched his head and act innocently like he didn't know what had happened to him.

"I feel really good now. Huhuhahaa" Hoseki clenched his hands and throw them to airs. Then he start jumping around to confirm his situation.

"E.. Enough! I can see you are well now. You might as well leave the hospital today. " Tsunade dumbfounded of sudden jumping and 'dancing'. She did a final body check and finalize his condition in her book.

" Okay. You can leave now. Btw Boy, what had happened to you those day? Tsunade asked.

"Ah that day. . . . . . then I found the village post and fell down. When I woke up, I have been in this room. You know what happened next Tsunade sama." Hoseki told Tsunade his fabricated story.

Tsunade silently listen to Hoseki story to the end. "...."

"Boy, If you want to lie like that in Hokage office, you will invite trouble for yourself." Tsunade immediately exposed Hoseki lies.

"Errr!!! " Hoseki panicked when he heard that. Even Tsunade know he was lying in single glance. What had happened if he told the hokage that story.

" Sigh. This is an advice. Just tell him simple story of what happened. Don't exaggerated them. The longer your story the bigger the loophole you created. You might as well just silence when they ask something difficult. He won't harm you just because you are not speaking anything else." Tsunade walked to leave Hoseki who was in deep thinking.

She stopped at the door and turn to Hoseki

"Boy, What is your dream?"
