11. Might Guy

Outside the hokage office, "Nee-chan, you are awesome, hokage actually listen to you, You can really play him under your finger.

" Of course, your nee-chan is awesome. Hokage is nothing to me." Kushina answer brazenly and walk away leaving the office with blacked face hokage.

"Boom!" hearing something was destroyed, both of them quickly run for their life.

The next morning, when Hoseki enter his class, the whole classmate silently look at him and start gossiping. Some of them give him weird look. Hoseki ignore them and walk in silence to his desk.

When the teacher see him after entering the class, he is given good 'advices' and new lesson of life. The day pass as Hoseki continues his previous routine going to library and to train the evening. The only difference is he is invited to have lunch at Kushina house.

That evening he decides to start a new regime of physical training, so he head to his school training field as they are way larger then his backyard.

Upon reaching the training field, Hoseki hears a voice counting number and sees a boy doing push up with hard sweat that results a puddle below him.

He walk toward that boy and squat beside him. "What are you doing?"

"Training" the boy doesn't stop neither his count nor his move.

"I mean why you are training this hard? To push yourself this far?"

The boy ignore him and continue his push up slowly as he looks like at the end of his energy.

Hoseki stays in his position as he watches the boy is continuing the push up.

"981... 982..... 983....!"

"Hehhh.. Hhhh.. Hhhhh...." the boy fall down and breathing heavily on his own sweat puddle. The he turn of and lies on the floor "I fail"

"Fail?"

"Yeah. I have to reach 1000 so that i can challenge him."

"Challenge him? Who?" hearing about the Challenge Hoseki show his interested seeing how hard the boy in front of him train himself.

"Hatake Kakashi, a genius." looking to the sky the boy say a name with determination.

"Kakashi huh.... Even I never win against him before. " Hoseki is remembering his fight against kakashi.

They fight many time during their practice and he always lose fight against him whether ninjutstu or taijutsu. Even if he never lose in kenjutsu, he didn't won either. Overall he never win against him.

"You fought him before?" the boy sit up in interest. Hearing the person before him fought Kakashi really rose his spirit ups.

"Yup, we fight many times and i always lose almost of the times. The best i can go is to draw. Oh. By the way, I am Hatake Hoseki."

"Hoseki? That pervert? Yyyou are that famous pervert kid that whole academy talk about?" the boy immediately take a step back after hearing Hoseki name.

"Pervert? Who? Me? What are you talking about?" Hoseki is shocked. Suddenly accused as a pervert really gets him agitate.

"Recently, there is rumours about a pervert kid who pestering an older girl through out the village. He even follow her into bath. The worst thing is he even dare to skip his classes for weeks. This morning the third hokage himself came saying he already give him the punishment and hope all other students don't follow his behaviour. You are the one they talked about right?." the boy explain.

"No wonder! no wonder those girls looks me with that disgusting eyes. Damn, my image had been destroyed on my way of finding extra knowledge." Hoseki lament his fate.

"You still don't tell me your name."

"Ahh, I'm Might Guy. An Alternate students. I shall challenge Kakashi with my 'youth'!"

"Guy ehh." Hoseki suddenly remember this name. The future blue beast of Konoha. But the image of guy in his memory different from from this boy in front him, especially the hair.

"So you think, you will have strength to fight him when you achieve 1000? You know, that genius also train hard. By the time you reach 1000, he might also become stronger."

Guy sit down and look at the floor hearing Hoseki words doing a deep thinking. Hoseki still in squatting position while putting his chin on is palm looking toward guy who is in new dilemma.

Suddenly, Guy stand up and say, " I will train harder then. 2 times, 3 times or even 10 times harder until i achieve my goal. I won't give up. That is my self rule!"

Hoseki clapping his hand while laughing, "Impressive, truly impressive. With that kind of spirits, one day you would really achieve your goal."

"You. . Do you really believe I can beat Kakashi?" Guy taken back on Hoseki response. Usually people will jeer him on his goal and laughing to his all his efforts. No one ever believe that his hard works will found their fruits. To think the boy will response different from others makes him doubt Hoseki praise for him.

He remembered how his father was always smirked for his efforts, the chunins always say bad thing in front or behind his father. He even get beaten for try defend his father honor. The memories are always haunting him to train harder to proves them one day he will be a great shinobi. That the reason he makes Kakashi as his goal. Seeing Hoseki praise him really a shock to him.

"Yeah I believe you can reach your goal one day. Mom always says efforts never betray. Even A back of a knife will sharp if you sharpen it everyday, a gem will shine if you keep polish them. You might be a dull sword at the moment but if you keep sharpen yourself, I believe one day you will cut diamonds."Hoseki stand up and raise his fist.

"I fought Kakashi before, I can tell you he really strong. But, one day I will surpass him for sure. Guy, let's train together and beat him. How about it?" Hoseki stretches his fist to Guy.

"Yoshhh. This is real youth. Let's go Hoseki, we will start now by running 2000 laps on field" hearing what Hoseki said really raise his spirit. He start to run by himself leaving Hoseki behind in awkward with his fist.

"Damn it Guy. Wait for me." Hoseki start to run chasing Guy.

That evening other students see another boy running together with Guy lapping the field until they collapse.
