Death Visits The Salvatore House On Weddings.

Caroline's scream echoed in the woods. It took her twenty minutes to get back home, she didn't want to disturb anyone. But she was dying.

She had to say goodbye, she didn't want to make mistakes like Stefan. If he had given them closure, it wouldn't have taken her and Damon so long to move on.

She didn't want this. She called Damon Salvatore. After Stefan's death, they had really become family.

Damon's phone dropped from his hand.

He hated wedding ceremonies then. The last wedding he went to, he had lost his brother.

Now, he was losing Caroline.

"You'll be fine!" Elena was comforting herself more than Caroline.

"I know what a wolf bite is, Elena." Caroline croaked, as she got in her bed.

"You are dying on me, CareBear." Damon told her.

He moved away.

"Is Damon Salvatore crying for me?" Caroline coughed. She smiled.

Damon remembered Rose, he remembered Enzo, He remembered his brother.

"I just…." he quickly rushed out of the room.

Caroline looked at Elena,

"Can you call Klaus for me?" She asked.

"Sure." Elena nodded.

Elena Gilbert-Salvatore went outside and took Caroline's phone, she stopped on Klaus, and pressed call.

"Hello, Klaus…." She said quickly, "I have news…" Tear formed in Elena's eyes, "It's Caroline."

"What?" Klaus snapped.

"She's dying."

Elena broke the news,

"What?"

"You have to talk to her, this is probably the last chance you will get!"

She came inside Caroline's room, and put it on speaker phone.

"I'll be outside, if you want me,"

Caroline nodded.

"Hi…" Caroline croaked. "Nik..Klaus...It's Caroline."

Klaus was in a plane. He stood up, as the air hostess approached him.

"I know, love."

"I guess….This is it!" She murmured. "The end of the Forbes family."

"No…" Klaus interrupted.

"I have to tell you something," She felt weaker than ever. "There is something I have to tell you…"

She repeated.

"A man I met at work, in this bar." She laid her head back. "He was a guy unlike any others."

"He was different from anyone I had ever met."

She coughed softly,

"A dark vampire with a soft side just for me."

Klaus smiled. He walked into the cockpit.

"He was smart, handsome, a vampire who made me feel alive." Her eyes were teary and dark rims around them. "I felt more than myself with him…..Like I have never felt before."

She groaned, Klaus listened intently, her voice was getting lower.

"And I thought I owed it to him." She looked at the phone. "I am dying now, Nik...Klaus, and I just have to tell him something."

She felt her eyes closing. Klaus Mikaelson compelled the pilot to turn around. To land down.

"I'm listening, Caroline." Klaus felt the plane changing directions.

"I think…" She heaved, pulling the pillow to herself. She coughed. "I am falling for that man."

Klaus waited patiently.

"I can't control it, but I was falling in love with him."

She whispered, her head fell on the pillow. "But now…"

She groaned softly, shifting sides.

"I can't believe I am saying this.." She looked out the window and felt like she was hallucinating. The ring which she was wearing as a pendant fell on the floor.

"I had an eternity….But, now." She coughed blood. "My time is over, and thank you for everything you have done."

She murmured.

"Good...goodbye, Nik….Klaus."

She rolled over, he heard a loud thud, she fell down, her head hit the corner of the bed. She couldn't move, she was dying. She had fainted.

"CAROLINE!" Klaus shouted.

She didn't answer, because she couldn't.
