High aptitude

This sphere had nine different levels, one for each sphere. In order they were classified, mediocre, inferior, basic, low, medium, high, superior, perfect and divine. The young man who managed to illuminate only three spheres was classified as basic.

The test went on normally and many people were eliminated. Tiane managed to illuminate the earth element in the high category, thanks to her elemental lineage it was not difficult for her to reach such a level.

Twins Altos and Artos were also approved, respectively in the elements of water and fire reached the medium rating. And lastly, Brontes the minotaur woke the earth element just like Tiane, and managed to light up four spheres, even though the last one has a much weaker glow than the others, it was still considered approved.

Nicola was one of the last to pass the test. He went up to the stage and touched the sphere. Since his elements with the greatest affinity were fire and darkness, he decided that he would test one of them.

In the end he ended up choosing to test his affinity for darkness, since he seemed almost a shadow throughout the exam, they would find it strange if he demonstrated an elemental affinity with another different element. Not wanting to call attention to himself, he approached the stone and placed his hand on it while the element of darkness converged on it.

The sphere lit up with a black color. Almost like a black hole swallowing the light around. Quickly six other spheres lit up with the same black color and when the seventh started to light up it quickly stopped converging energy to the instrument.

"Affinity with the element of darkness, high aptitude" the assistant announced.

Like Tiane, Nicola passed the same high ranking. Only the two were rated so high in that exam. After that, the few that were left were also tested. Getting through this test was not easy and another half of the participants were eliminated, leaving around thirty for the final exam.
