Yeah! Here's the new chapter!

The game started and the players started to, well... to play. The Slytherins were, 'unbelievably', playing dirty. They committed fouls and stuff, knowing that players can't be kicked out of the game like in soccer when they get a red card.

From where I was looking, the Gryffindor team was just as good as the Slytherin team, but because of dirty play, the Slytherins were ahead.

"Damn! Why doesn't Madam Hooch kick out that ugly Chaser of Slytherin? He almost knocked Potter off his broom!" Stephen exclaimed indignantly.

"There's no expulsion in Quidditch, Stephen," Sue replied, still snuggled into my arm, "It's written in the book Quidditch Through the Ages I lent you. Haven't you read it?"

"Oh, I forgot…" he said sheepishly, earning an eye roll from Sue.

"That way Slytherin will end up winning" Mandy said.

"Nah…Gryffindor will win," I said calmly, causing my friends to turn to me.

"They go?" Anthony asked, and I nodded.

"I doubt it" Corner huffed, "The Gryffindor team can't keep the Quaffle on hand for two passes, how are they going to win? With Slytherin playing dirty, on top of that."

"Heh, do you think so?" I asked with a smile on my face, which grew to a devilish grin, "Wanna to bet?" I asked.

"A bet?" Corner echoed, "What kind of bet?"

"Let's bet who wins, of course," I said.

"Are you sure Ethan? You're not very lucky with betting," Terry commented amusedly, remembering when I had to sit at the Hufflepuff table.

"Uhum" I nodded my head, "I'm confident I'm going to win"

"Okay" Corner shrugged, "I bet 10 Galleons on Slytherin win"

"And I bet 10 Galleons on Gryffindor win, and Potter will still get Snitch," I said confidently. And my last sentence surprised my friends, as they know I'm not Potter's biggest fan.

Not that I hate the boy, but for people who 'love' him, if I don't love him too, it automatically means I hate him.

"But let's raise the stakes," I said, looking at Corner the way a predator looks at his prey, "Whoever loses will have to say in front of the entire common room, with all the students close by, that the winner is the better, most beautiful, and smart Ravenclaw"

When I was done, all my colleagues looked at this bet with wide eyes, especially Corner, who started to reflect after a moment.

"Hmm...Okay" Corner said, nodding his head.

Corner and I then shook hands to seal the bet. And right after that, we hear Morag gasp in amazement beside us, pointing to the sky. And looking up we saw why.

Potter was now being thrown like on a mechanical bull by his broom, swaying wildly from side to side.

I improved my eyes with magic and could clearly see Potter shifting to get his grip on the broom. And looking across the bleachers I saw Professor Quirrell and Professor Snape staring at the broom and muttering something.

'Very low-key' I thought sarcastically, 'Let's kill Boy-Who-Lived in the middle of the whole school where there are dozens of capable and experienced wizards, as if none of them could save Potter if he fell off the broom.'

After taking one last look at Professor Quirrell, I turned to the Gryffindor bleachers, or more specifically, to Granger and Weasley, who had big binoculars and were looking and whispering to each other.

Granger then said something to Weasley and began to sneak past the students, towards the Slytherin bleachers.

She started to walk past everyone and down the bleachers, but not before bumping into and taking down Professor Quirrell. She unfortunately didn't realize that Potter was already taking control of the broom.

Soon after, Granger arrived where Professor Snape was, or more accurately, in the back row, hidden where only the feet of those in front of him could be seen. She then pulled out her wand, and like the canon set fire to the bars of Professor Snape's robes.

'And this is the character who so loves teachers and rules putting fair fire on a teacher' I thought amused.

'Hmm, I know Gryffindor will probably win the Houses Cup at the end of the school year, so I can at least make it difficult for the Headmaster when he gives the cup...I mean, when he gives house points to the Golden Trio' I thought .

I then pulled out my wand silently, trying not to be noticed by the girls still holding me, and with a little concentration I tugged at Granger's shoes, causing her to trip. And her fall must have made some noise, as Professor Snape, having put the fire out of his robes, immediately turned to her.

And I, the cause of the situation, watched relaxed and amused as Professor Snape took Granger by the arms with an angry scowl and began to drag her to where Professor McGonagall was. But not before yelling something at her that sounded a lot like '50 points less from Gryffindor!'

'Maybe I'm hearing things' I shrugged.

I then turned my gaze back to the match, just in time to see Potter advancing with his broom towards a glowing golden ball. Something that probably only I could see.

Potter swooped down with his broom, and in a flurry of confusion, he ended up swallowing the Snitch. He then landed on the pitch floor, and under everyone's gaze, he spat something into his hand. And raising his hand aloft, a golden ball was on display for all to see.

"I got the Snitch!" he shouted excitedly. And that was enough to wake the Gryffindor crowd out of their confusion, causing all the lions to go crazy and start screaming and cheering.

"They won?!" Terry exclaimed in surprise.

"What do you mean?! Gryffindor won? And Potter got the Snitch?!" Corner said shocked. His eyes then widened as if he had noticed something else, and turning to me, he said, "That means...you won the bet..."

"Heh" I smirked smugly, "I expect my Galleons until Monday and the rest of the bet can be paid any day this week" I said, which brought a frown to Corner's face, who huffed irritably, turning around and leaving the pitch.

'The sweet taste of victory'

"Well, let's go back to the castle. It should be warmer there," I said, receiving nods in agreement.

"..."

"..."

"..."

"Girls... Could you let me go so we can go to the castle?" I asked, noticing that I still had three girls dangling from my arms.

"Nah, very comfortable" Sue said.

"Cozy and warm," Padma said sleepily.

"Then... It's very comfortable here" Lisa scornfully.

My right eye started to twitch at their responses. But before I could say anything, they started to drag me towards the castle, with some of our classmates looking strangely or amused at the scene of a boy being dragged by three girls.

The girls continued to drag me along, not the least bit bothered by the stares... Well, Padma was a little embarrassed, but comfort won out over shame and she didn't leave me.

"I wish I was there" Terry said in an envious tone.

"Being grabbed by three girls?" Stephen asked amused.

"An? What do you mean?" Terry asked confused. Anthony and Stephen then looked at him questioningly, and he then understood what they asked.

"Ah! Y-Yes!... That's what I'm jealous of, hehe... Being grabbed by three girls... Yes, that's right... Hehe" Terry started to laugh nervously, averting his eyes suspiciously.

"Okay then..." Stephen said slowly, deciding to ignore Terry's odd behavior.

"Hey! What are you guys waiting for? Let's go," I called as I saw they were lagging behind as I was used as a heater by three Ravenclaw lolis.

"We're on our way," Terry said hurriedly, happy to find a way to escape the awkward mood that had remained. The boys then started running to catch up, and as soon as we were all together, we started towards the castle, planning to warm up in the common room fireplace with hot chocolate.

End.
