While Emilio rested in his room, Melisa, who went downstairs to ask someone to prepare breakfast for Emilio, let out a long sigh again as she recalled her son's strange behavior. Emilio had always been a cheerful and honest child. If her son had a problem, he would immediately tell her or her husband. Emilio's seemingly confused and secretive demeanor was completely unlike the usual Emilio. Melisa was afraid that because she and her husband had been busy these past few days, Emilio had gotten into some big trouble and had chosen to keep it to himself.
After all, not reacting to anything, even if her leg was injured, was not a good sign. The usual Emilio wouldn't even stand for his finger to be pricked by a needle. Melisa let out another long sigh. She felt regretful for abandoning her son at such a critical moment.
