Alexander had been preparing for the upcoming sports festival for a week now, but as the event drew closer, his nerves began to get the best of him. He couldn't shake the feeling that he wasn't ready, that he hadn't trained hard enough. So, as he often did when he needed to clear his head, he went for a walk.
It was late at night, and the campus was deserted. Alexander wandered aimlessly through the quiet streets, lost in his own thoughts. He replayed his training sessions in his mind, trying to find ways to improve, to get stronger. But every time he tried to focus, his mind wandered back to the upcoming festival, and his nerves spiked.
He turned a corner and found himself walking alongside the school's training grounds. He could see the brightly lit arena in the distance, and he knew that inside, his classmates were probably still training, getting ready for the big day.
Alexander took a deep breath and stepped onto the grounds. He wasn't sure what he was hoping to find here, but he couldn't shake the feeling that he needed to be here, that he needed to face his fears head-on.
As he walked, he heard the sound of someone training nearby. He followed the noise and found Katsuko Bakuhatsu practicing her quirk in the distance. She was moving quickly, blasting targets with her explosions and dodging imaginary attacks.
Alexander watched in awe, amazed at the sheer power and precision of her movements. He had always respected Katsuko's strength and determination, but seeing her in action like this was something else entirely.
He was about to turn and leave when Katsuko noticed him. She paused mid-attack and walked over to where he was standing.
"What are you doing out here so late?" she asked, raising an eyebrow.
"I couldn't sleep," Alexander admitted. "I'm nervous about the festival."
Katsuko nodded in understanding. "I know the feeling. But you can't let that fear consume you. You need to use it to fuel your training, to push yourself harder."
Alexander nodded, taking in her words. Katsuko was right. He couldn't let his nerves hold him back. He needed to face his fears head-on and do everything in his power to be ready for the festival.
"Thanks, Katsuko," he said, giving her a small smile. "I needed to hear that."
Katsuko returned the smile, clapping him on the back. "No problem, Alexander. Now i'll get back to the dorm. We've got a big day coming up."
As Katsuko walked away from the arena, Alexander felt a newfound sense of determination. He was still nervous, but he knew that he wasn't alone. With Katsuko by his side, he could face whatever challenges came his way.

As I was pondering about the words of Katsuko just now, I can't help but feel lucky to be her friend. ''Well, I'm not just a friend of hers, we are deskmates!'' Thought Alex. I can't understand why the others keep distancing themselves from her. ''Whilst she's an explosive tomboy on the outside, she's a nice girl at heart and a great friend to have a chat with, if not for her fiery temper and fierce competetiveness.'' pondered Alex.
''Wait! Why do I need to ponder about a girl at this time? The Sports Festival's coming in a week for God's sake!'' Alex was shocked to realise that he had started having the simptoms of a simp just as he had been transmigrated into an anime for a few days, and for a gender-bent character at that!?
Suddenly, I saw something streaking across the sky. At first, I thought it was a shooting star, but as it grew closer, I realized it was something else entirely. A falling star? That was impossible, but there was no denying what I was seeing.
Without thinking, I ran towards the falling star, hoping to get a better look. But just as I reached it, I saw Katsuko walking down the street in front of me. I didn't have time to warn her before the star came crashing down towards us.
In a split second, I pushed Katsuko out of the way, but I was too slow to dodge the impact myself. The star hit me with a force that sent me flying across the street.
When I finally regained consciousness, I found myself lying on the ground, dazed and confused. I tried to get up, but my body wouldn't cooperate. I felt weak and drained, like I had been hit by a truck.
Katsuko was beside me, her face etched with worry. "Are you okay?" she asked, helping me sit up. "What was that thing?"
"I don't know," I replied, still feeling woozy. "But I think it hit me pretty hard."
Katsuko helped me to my feet, and we walked back to the dorms in silence. My mind was reeling from what had just happened. What was that falling star? And why did it hit me?
As we reached the dorms, I could feel Katsuko's eyes on me. "You're not okay, are you?" she asked softly.
I shook my head. "No, I don't think I am. I feel weak and tired, like I've been drained of all my energy."
Katsuko's expression turned to one of concern. "We should get you to Recovery Girl. She can help you."
I nodded weakly, grateful for her help. As we made our way to Recovery Girl's office, I couldn't help but wonder what was going to happen to me. Would I recover in time for the sports festival? Or was this the end of my dreams of becoming a hero?
